Thr prime rib was over cooked and dry. I did not tell the server as we were tired and didn’t want to wait for another meal.

I eat at Chophouse often and I’m usually very pleased. The only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is because I ordered a salad to go and there was hardly any food in the container so I was very disappointed in that. I expected a decent sized portion.

Our meals were delicious and our servers were excellent. However, a large group was seated in the space beside us and were so loud we left early and skipped dessert.

There were 9 of us ladies that are family and we pick different restaurants. This month was Chophouse. Everything was hot and amazing!

We had a table of 8 with a 7 year old and an infant for a family member's birthday. Our server was kind and efficient. Drinks were good, food is great (serving portions are huge), and overall our experience was very pleasant. Went a few. minutes early to get drinks at the bar. The bar area is small and can get crowded but we arrived at 4:50 so it was early. Wouldn't hesitate to return. They do a very good job even with a large needy group.

Our dinner for four was so amazing! We started with the deviled eggs! Our clam chowder and salads were nice. Our ribs & filets were cooked perfectly. Outstanding service!

The manager on duty is exceptional and the hardest working I've seen at that restaurant. However, our server was new and requires additional training. He approached our table without a greeting or introduction, immediately asking about drinks. He needs more training on table check-ins and perhaps should handle fewer tables to improve service.
