Our dinner for four was so amazing! We started with the deviled eggs! Our clam chowder and salads were nice. Our ribs & filets were cooked perfectly. Outstanding service!

The manager on duty is exceptional and the hardest working I've seen at that restaurant. However, our server was new and requires additional training. He approached our table without a greeting or introduction, immediately asking about drinks. He needs more training on table check-ins and perhaps should handle fewer tables to improve service.

We enjoy The Chop House so much. They have lots of items that are some of my favorites that I oftentimes have trouble deciding what to order

ABSOLUTELY intolerable. Father’s Day. Table of 8. Server was a genuine jerk to our entire family. The appetizers were the only good part of the meal. Every single steak was so thin that air was more like eating beef jerky. Then the lobster tails, please explain to me how a prime rib with lobster tails sides and a salad is $41, but an a la carte add lobster is $38. We we were there for almost two hours before our food was served. No apologies no reason, just a random manager who walked up to the table after we had all pushed our food around the plate for 20 minutes. At that rate we’re ready to go and we finally see our server again for the first time SINCE WE ORDERED. Just to have him drop a check, explain his automatic 18% gratuity and explain how tipping him more works. $650 meal. What a joke

Wife and I dined on Father’s Day. Needless to say I booked our 5pm reservation about 1 month in advance. We shared a glass of wine at the bar prior to dinner and enjoyed other patrons company (who were dining at the bar). After we were promptly seated in a booth we had the usual fabulous prime rib. Dinners and service were outstanding as usual. What a treat!

Overall we had a good experience. We did have to wait despite having a reservation and while they were able to make accommodations for dietary restrictions, the modified dishes were a bit underwhelming. But the value for what we got was great and we loved the deviled eggs and corn cake appetizers!

Food and service were both outstanding. We were there for Father’s Day. We were seated promptly due to having a reservation Faina provided great, prompt service. Will return soon.

Good food value and service. Nice place. Chopped salad is a bit different front previous visits. Less finely chopped and not as good but still tasty. Recommend this restaurant.
