My favorite restaurant! I drive 45 minutes from Cincinnati to celebrate birthdays and holidays! Everything is always delicious, especially the prime rib! And there are so many entrées and sides to choose from. I love the decor which is warm and cozy and the noise level is low, even when the restaurant is full. And the prices are reasonable and worth every cent!! I just wish they would open a Chop House in Cincinnati!!

Pam c was delightful and very helpful when trying to pick a dinner option. She had great timing with placing our orders so we could enjoy appetizers and drinks without being rushed.

Was sat in a corner in the bar next to a large group of very loud men. Over half the restaurant was empty. The men were very loud-we could not even hear the waitress when she offered to take our order. There was long black hair coming out of the ice water glass. My husband and I do not have black hair. Left before ordering. Would not recommend this restaurant.

We visit here quite often. The food and service are always impeccable. The bartenders are outstanding, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Overall, always an excellent experience. Especially enjoyed the unique Corn Brûlée dish. Outstanding service. Some of the booth seating is a bit cramped for older folks.

Father’s Day was probably not the best time to visit. Kitchen took FOREVER to get our food cooked. Also, the patio is non-smoking, yet a man waiting for his table to be available decided he would go out to the outdoor patio and smoke with no respect for other guests ahead out there. I witnessed a manager look out the window looking at the man and thought he might address the situation, but nope!

Our waitress (Sam I think), was amazing - that she was about the only good thing about The Chop House. Our drinks were not made correctly, the corn crème Brûlée tasted like frozen corn and the filet mignon that was ordered medium rare, came out very well done. The manager was nice enough to comp the drinks and steak, but we won't be back.
