   The service was a disaster from beginning to finish. We tried to make the waitress feel ok about things as she apologized profusely. I don't feel it was all her fault so we're not criticizing her personally. Here goes: 1) After being seated we waited a (really) long time to give our drinks order, then long time to get them. 2) Took 3 drink tries for my husband to get the correct martini. 3) Never got our appetizer & maybe charged for it. 4) When our entrees came there were things missing & not on the right plates. After all of that, we tipped well because it could have been an "off" night for the restaurant. I WOULD go back. No complaints on the food when we finally got it.

   We are so glad Chophouse is on open table. It is a longtime favorite. As always the food is perfect, service is perfect, and environment cozy. Kudos to the kitchen and our server Bekah!

   We were seated quickly with our reservation. Tasty cocktails, & delicious warm bread. Main dishes were wonderful and cooked to order. Salad was smaller and not as many variety of greens as the first time we ate here. Prime rib was fantastic. Seafood fettuccine was on of the best I’ve ever had. Servers are gracious and kind.

   The Temperature was COLD. We ate with our coats on. We mentioned it to our server who said she would tell the manager. We were seated near the kitchen. We could hear all the conversations going on in there. Our food was good. Service was also good.

    My friends recommended your restaurant. My son and I were disappointed in the food for various reasons. The prime rib was very dry and tasteless and of an unusual texture. The spinach side dish was over spiced, The shrimp bisque was very good and the Balsamic blue cheese chop salad was very good. We enjoyed the bread very crunchy with good texture, but were surprised that it was so sweet. The baked potato was fine. The beef medallions were small and under cooked for medium. Our Waitress Aida was awesome and very attentive and anticipated our needs.

    I had the grilled chicken salad which was delicious. Sometimes chicken can be dry, but my meal was juicy and tender. My friend had the lamb chops which she said were excellent. Our server was very attentive and friendly until he got a boisterous party of 8 seated next to us, then we didn't see him until we flagged him for our checks. It was a good meal though and we'll be back.

    My wife and I went to the Chop House for her 39th birthday. We really enjoyed the service the food was fantastic we even had some left over to take home to enjoy the next day. We will be going back thank you chop house will see you again soon

    Best advice I can give you is to not agree to seating in the bar area for a nice steak dinner. Cackling drunk people shouting in our ears over a high end steak dinner is a really bad experience.

    My wife and I just had our valentine's day dinner here (much later than valentine's day 😂), and it was super good! It was our first time at the Chop House, and I didn't even realize it was a chain until I got the check. The interior reminded me of a renovated Cheddar's with fancy tables. Our waitress, Jennifer, was very attentive and had a great personality and helpful menu suggestions (I would highly recommend her to anyone). Looking at the menu, I was very pleased that the prices were all very reasonable. We ordered the calamari (~$10), prime rib with chicken tortilla soup and corn creme brulee(~$30), the house steakburger with sweet potato fries (~$20), and a bottle of the house Moscato (~$40). My wife loved everything we ate, but to me the prime rib and burger weren't very flavorful (still very good, but probably not my first choice if I were to go again). The corn creme brulee was probably the most unique side on the menu, with the hardened sugar topping above the corn casserole. My wife mentioned that she would have preferred if the corn casserole were sweeter so the flavors matched better, but she liked it fine. Our total came to about $110. Overall, we were quite pleased with the meal and would likely come again!

    Waitress was handed our table when someone went on break and wasn't too happy about it. Took our order and was very curt when answering us. Brought drinks but no straws (minor). Food took a long time (4:15 not crowded yet) and it was obvious it had been sitting for awhile. You can tell when a steak sits after it comes out. The baked potato wouldn't even melt the soft butter. Wife's seafood pasta entre was ordered without mushrooms and when it finally arrived (lukewarm), yep, mushrooms. Wife's drink was never checked on (luckily she had water). I drove 80 minutes to get there from No. KY looking for a change of pace. NOT the change I was expecting.

    The shrimp cocktail has just the right amount of kick in the sauce. I LOVE the tender prime rib. I had a Caesar salad and cinnamon apples— both were delicious! The ChopHouse has a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

    My wife and I went to the Chop House for Valentine’s Day and although we had a reservation for 8:45, we were seated immediately upon our arrival at 8:30. The atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding. We had the shrimp and crab cake appetizer along with the 10oz Ribeye with spinach and teriyaki chicken main courses. The food was excellent. I highly recommend The Chop House and will definitely eat here again.

    My wife and been coming to this establishment for some time. Last night may have us never to come back again. The ribeye steak was just ok, the service of the waitress was poor. I guess maybe having a bad day. We were not asked if we wanted dessert at all, just given our check and container for my wife’s left over dish. So, we paid our bill and went to another establishment for dessert. By the way we were celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. Thank you.

    Overall, we were disappointed. Our server was very good. The salads were nice and crisp, and the baked potato was good. But, though the steaks were very tender, they tasted like the meat had been tenderized--to the point where they lost the actual taste of steak. For much less money, the steaks at Golden Corral taste about the same. The slice of Chocolate Mousse Pie was huge, but it could have had more chocolate in the mousse and even been smaller and it would have been more satisfying.

    The food was cooked to order. The server was attentive without hovering. The ambiance was nice; however, the lighting is a little too low and it was difficult to read the menu without using flashlights from our cell phones. Other than that we will definitely return.

    I made a reservation for 2 people, arrived to the Chop House on time, and was told they did not have a table for us. We were told we could sit and eat at the bar. Since we had made a reservation, my husband complained and we were offered a table for 5. The table was reserved for another group, so we had to eat quickly. The food was not good. My steak was overdone and my husband’s was as well. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We will not be returning.
