This was our first visit to Chop House. We had made reservations for four. On the day of our reservation, we needed to add two people to our party. Calling only an hour prior to our reservation, thinking they would not be able to accommodate the change, I was very pleased that it was able to be adjusted. Elijah, our hostess, was happy to make sure we were all able to enjoy our evening. Paul was our server and was an absolutely amazing joy to have. He anticipated our needs and promptly rectified any concerns we had. The food was top tier. We had the deviled eggs, mozzarella sticks along with a tenderloin ceaser salad, pork chops and ribeye and prime rib. Everything was cooked perfectly. Excellent wine selection as well. Mixed drinks are also well made.

We eat here couple times a month. Went for my wife’s birthday. Waited 20 minutes for a tea and water refill. Waitress busy big table and we were shafted! I tipped her because I felt sorry for her but we had terrible service and I was also missing one of my filet medallions off my plate.

We always have a great experience at The Chop House in Athens GA! I highly recommend the pork chop and my husband loves their steak- The atmosphere is lovely and you’re not shouting your conversation at the table so it’s very nice. Our waiter Joe this past Saturday was awesome sauce as was our bar tender Amanda! Customer service is definitely a priority there and we highly recommend you try The Chop House in Athens! Very reasonably priced and their food and drinks are top notch !

We eat here as often as we can, and here is why: The management staff is hands-on and you can tell it in the quality of food and service. The ambience is amazing. If anything needs attention, they are quick to remedy the situation. Food is 5-star quality, at reasonable prices. Some selections have options of small or large portions. The lunch menu is especially good. You have got to try the turkey and dressing. I could go on and on. We love the Chop House
