The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

Everything was okay except the server and the mushroom risotto. We got sat rather quickly as we arrived before our reservations(very thankful to be seated quickly especially since being early)and after about five minutes or so our server comes over and quickly introduces themselves before right away asking are you ready to order not asking what they could get us to drink. We needed a few minutes and that was no problem. We ordered an appetizer and our main entrée. Well the appetizer arrived and before we could eat it he asked how is was it. Then our main entrée arrived. My partner got the salmon and I got a side of baby carrots and mushroom risotto. The mushroom risotto was inedible with the amount of oil. Now while we where eating he check on us all of twice. Not once bothering to comment about me not touching the risotto as well as not eating and it was a passing check. Didn’t bother to actually stop just an are you good thumbs up kind of thing. Once he brought us to go container’s didn’t ask if we wanted anything for dessert or the check. Normally we understand people have bad days. This was our 7 year anniversary and this was supposed to be our special dinner. Turned into a big disappointment.

Food was good, very accommodating to gluten allergy. Service was sort of nonexistent, but server was nice.

Very plain menu. Nothing special. More like bar food. Way over priced. One of us had flatbread and you could hardly bite through it. Besides it tasted like cardboard. We ended up eating the tomato off the top and threw it out.

Yummy unique food, and GIANT portions (especially for the kids menu!). Loved the Ferris wheel sampler of appetizers! It’s not the cheapest place to eat, but it was a fun experience that I would definitely recommend

We had reservations for a Friday night. Check in went smoothly and we were seated shortly. Service was incredibly slow. We waited probably 20 minutes before our order was taken and at least an hour after giving our order before our food finally arrived. When you’re starving from spending all day at the park. Took another 30 minutes in order to get dessert. Food was decent but not anything mind blowing compared to any other restaurant. The milk shakes were very good at least but for almost $20 they should be. This is a one and done experience for us.

Our experience was very disappointing! We did not receive our order with our correct signs, we waited over an hour to be served, and we watched as both the front of the house and the back of the house and the white staff were socializing instead of taking all the orders that were backed up and putting them on tables. It was the most disappointing part of our entire trip to Hershey. I would highly recommend not going.

The atmosphere was adorable. Good for families. Unfortunately our food choicest were not good. Better to stick to burgers
