    Great place for the Hershey vibe. Food mediocre at best and extremely overpriced but nowadays that’s to be expected. Great service, pleasant staff. Kids loved the crazy giant milkshake which is the biggest draw for us.

    We waited almost 40 minutes after our reservation time just to be seated. Hostesses were rude and dismissive. Luckily, our server Amy was super sweet and attentive. Food was good, but overpriced ($18.25 for my burger and fries). Cocktails were delicious. Overall, would go back JUST for the nice view and neat decor.

    Overall good experience however this is a tourist trap…overpriced food but unique experience to share with others at least once. Biggest complaint was waiting 25minutes for “table to be cleared” despite having a reservation.

    Our waitress was not up to par! She lacked coming back to check on us, refilling drinks, and when we asked for our dessert it wasn’t ready for almost 35 mins. Then she didn’t bring plates so we got up and went to the serving station and got our own. Her excuse was she got pulled away but really she forgot and went to make a bunch of kids drinks that had cotton candy on top. We felt like we were left to fend for ourself. We got the Chocolate Fun-due for dessert for 7 people. It was good but it didn’t look like the other ones that were brought out for other guests. It lacked cheesecake and only had 3 Rice Krispie treats on it. We were also given forks not skewers. So we couldn’t really dip our food as intended. All our other utensils had been cleared off the table. Just seems like they didn’t have enough food for the dessert tray but yet we paid the full price.

    Everything was good but the check in. We made reservations ahead of time and asked for a both. Not only did they not honor that request but I watched people get a booth after we were seated in a place we did not want to be. Very disappointing. Otherwise, our server and the food were perfect. It’s just a shame that our experience had to start off with rudeness.

    A wonderful place to take my mom for her 87th birthday! We were excited to be in one of the booths that look like an amusement ride! My mom loved her chicken and waffles and her milkshake! Our server ensured that my mom was treated extra special for her birthday. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

    They were not busy but service was slow. We were barely checked on while several staff members stood around with their backs to us waiting for food to come out. Even when our food was up, it sat there for a while. I almost got up and served it myself so it would be warm. We were seated near the kitchen. Macaroni & Cheese was so so Waffle was dry and barely edible Chicken was delicious Kids Chicken tenders & fries were okay.

    We had a 5:15 reservation. We checked in at 4:45. Our table was not ready until 5:25.We ordered food food right away. Our food did not arrive at the table until 6:05. The burgers and tacos were tasty. The sweet potato fries were over cooked. Server came around several times asking if we were okay. Check arrived and we waited to have the server charge the card. Exited the restaurant at 6:40 pm.

    This restaurant is typical of what you would find at an amusement park. Very cute and fun vibe inside but food is kinda strange. They went a bit overboard trying to incorporate chocolate in to every dish, like cocoa barbecue sauce. Food quality is just a average. Our server was great but $200 for 4 people for mediocre food is a bit much.

    The food and drink here is absolutely awesome. The staff is very friendly, patient, and we never felt rushed. Reasonable substitutions were easy to do. The short ribs are highly recommended, as are the chocolate martini and the peanut butter old fashioned.

    There was multiple tables open and the hostesses kept telling me they’re cleaning off my table then ducking behind the hostess stand and looking at their phones… after 10 minutes they took me over to a table that had been set and good to go since i had gotten there.

    We were the 2nd table to be sat, and iur food took 40 minutes. The Panini we got was brunt, sent it back, and a new one came out cold in the inside. The take5 chicken sandwich, the bun was hard as a rock and unable to be bitten into, the bacon was raw. I ate it as a piece of chicken with no bread or bacon, and it was disappointing. Overall, this is our 2nd time, and we night not be back. First time was great for me, I love my PB burger, but everyone else's food was just ok. This time we all had subpar food.

    The food was delicious and yhe waitress was wonderful. However, the experience was ruined from the start. While having a reservation we were not seated on time. Two membera of our party attwmpted to go to the bar for a drink while waiting to be seated. The bartender eefused yo serve them because they werent seated. Once they found seats and sat at the bar (where there was plenty of room for more seats) he explained that they needed to be bar stools. He laughed at them and was very snarky. Absolutely horrible customer service and an unfriendly policy at the bar. Will not return.

    We got there a few minutes early. They were not able to sit us before our reservation time. We ordered beers at the bar but told we could not drink them unless sitting down. The food was good and service great.

    My family visited for the first time and we absolutely loved it. I made a reservation for 4pm for a family of 5 and we were seated within a few minutes. The portions were good and the food was delicious! The loaded fries were my favorite, my granddaughter ate every bit of her oven roasted Salmon (the mashed potatoes were amazing by the way) and all of us enjoyed the sampler! The sampler came out on a Ferris wheel which was super cute. I will definitely come here again and my family members agree! Also, our server (I cannot remember her name) was so friendly and very attentive but not pushy.

    We enjoyed our time and meal at The Choclatier! Only waited ten minutes to be seated, as we had made reservations. The alcoholic beverages were great, and didn't taste like pre-made mixes! Food took a bit longer to get to us, however, it was well worth the wait! It was all delicious and was freshly made to order! Compared to prices in the park, stopping here first was a great value! Everyone had a wonderful meal, food selections were great, and we weren't rushed!

    We ordered chicken sandwiches and both were very dry and lacking flavor or sauce. Very disappointing to pay so much per person and not enjoy it. Restaurant itself is very nice and waitress was great. Not sure we will return.

    It was an average place to eat. It was clean but service was slow and we had to pay 25.00 for parking since it is just outside the entrance of the amusement park. We asked if there was a different way to go to the restruant since we were not going to the amusement park and was told no that we had to pay the 25.00. There is a different way to get to the restruant where you do not pay parking. You have to go to Chocolate World where you get 3 hours free parking. So what would have been at 70.00 hamburger and chicken dinner turned into 95.00. NOT WORTH THE OVER PRICED DINNER. Very disappointed. 1 Meal came out first and was cold(Not cool but cold) hamburger and sweet potatoe fries, then the second meal came out 10 minutes later but it was hot. Chicken and sweet potatoe waffle. The chicken was really good but the waffle was very dry and crumbly. We would recommend not eating here as there are many other local restrurants close by.

    I really used to enjoy the Chocolatier, but recently it’s been different. I’m really disappointed that they won’t serve their seasonal drinks unless you pay to go to HersheyPark to enter in the entrance of their rooftop bar. As someone who has been coming since they’re open and a prior season pass holder, it’s disappointing that Hershey makes these changes in anticipation to up their profit margin. The service lately has been below par as well. Our server barely checked on us while we were there, and the drinks for as expensive as they were didn’t have the right ratio of alcohol in their cocktails. Do better Hershey.

    We love the Chocolatier Restaurant. This addition to Hershey Park was very much needed. The restaurant has some healthy food options for park goers. Love it!

    We loved our server! She chatted with us about the Eagles (as we were watching it at our table on our phones lol) and asked where we were from. Super personable and we know she was very busy but she didn’t make us feel like we were a bother.
