The salmon was one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had! Even beats the city seafood dining restaurants. The atmosphere is great for young children, which is also a huge win!

The waitress and manager were rude after bring us very cold food that was obviously left out while we waited over 40 minutes after ordering. The waitress also forgot the soup order and when asked to seethe bill she was extremely irritated and rude. Hopefully she feels guilty after leaving a good tip even though the food was returned and the experience was terrible. Will not go back and definitely will let everyone we know not to go.

The food was a major disappointment. The soup tasted like pure maple syrup. My sisters food was completely wrong. Took more than 45 mins for food to come out. No manager in sight. The service was decent abs she tried to fix what happened but I definitely wouldn’t go again.

Will stick to desserts and drinks next time. The drinks were great. The girls had the Reeses Peanut Butter Milkshake. I had the Frozen Chocolatier. The food not so much. We had the sampler. Presentation was really neat, on the ferris wheel, but the food was mediocre. The crispy Mozzarella are crescents. Very crispy and not so cheesy. We got 2 Chicken Tenders and a few chicken crumbs. The soft pretzel bites were very dense and not soft. The cheesy corn dip should be replaced, not appetizing at all. The only good thing was the chicken wings. The girls had Chicken Caesar Salad, something they devour at other meals. They said this one tasted weird. The Margarita Flatbread, like the pretzels, was very dense and flavorless. More Flatbread than Margartia. It was a very underwhelming experience for $154, plus tip.

I am a first-year season passholder to HersheyPark and decided to take my brother here for a birthday lunch. I was a little skeptical prior to coming here after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! The overall atmosphere, food and service was incredible! Renee was a fabulous waitress, frequently checking in on us and giving us suggestions on what we should try on our first visit to the Chocolatier. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and the food was spectacular! The Chicken & Waffles and the Chocolatetown Burger were big hits! Definitely will be returning at least once for the 2024 season.

I recently visited Chocolatier with my cousin, her 6 year daughter and my 7 year old daughter. We made a reservation for the Santa breakfast at 9:45. The decor was nice and the Santa set up was very pretty. They had a photographer available to take photos of each child as well as comical elves that helped to escort you to see Santa, so there was not a long line. We were able to take photos with our cameras, but for the cost of the reservation, I had really hoped we would at least get a cheap 4 x 6 print of our child with Santa. Unfortunately, that was an additional cost as we got a little sheet of paper that we were to take downstairs to the photography area to purchase any additional items. While we were not rushed per se, it was very evident the buffet was closing within an hour of us arriving and there was a large group seated at 10. Our server was attentive and kind to the kids. Knowing we were paying a flat fee of $25 for the kids and $35 for adults, I was quite disappointed in what that cost got us. They were out of orange juice for the kids, and the buffet was nothing short of adequate. The food was not hot or very appealing. The fruit salad had only cantaloupe and honeydew left when we got there, the oatmeal scooped out like concrete from the bottom of the crock, and the overall display of the food was not super appetizing. Our girls had a great time, and as a parent, that’s all I cared about. But as for next time, I think we will look into other options for the cost.

We attended Breakfast with Santa. We felt very rushed. The breakfast was served buffet style. It was obvious they were short staffed. The trays of food were empty when we entered the line and the eggs and strata were cold when a fresh tray was brought out upon request. The waiter brought me the wrong beverage and after waiting for him 10+ minutes to check on us I went to the bar myself to get the correct beverage. The Santa experience was fine but for the money he could have given each child a candy cane or something! Way overPriced for the quality of food!

If you’re looking for an escape from the park and all the noise, this isn’t it. Because of the open floor design, the noise from the below gift shop travels upstairs. The waiting area and stroller parking adds crowding at the entry. The “open” seating has more of a cafeteria feel rather than an upscale restaurant, which is how it appears to be advertised. The food was very good. The BLT flatbread featured whole cherry tomatoes (instead of sliced) which caused mini tomato explosions every time we cut into one! My nachos were good, unfortunately they weren’t brought to the table until about 20 minutes after everyone had already finished their entrees. The server, who was very polite, said he didn’t know what happened, but no visit from a manager. We were ready for the check when my nachos came out. Something as simple as nachos shouldn’t take 40 minutes to make. In such situations, customers are either offered a dessert on the house or the entree is removed from the bill, but not in this case. And although the restaurant wasn’t full, the staff seemed overwhelmed. This is a pricier option if you want to eat in the park, but convenient on your way out.

I don’t think you should be forced to pay for parking for Hershey Park ($25!!) when you’re only dining at the Chocolatier and not going to the park. I also enjoy the food and the ambiance immensely, but it seems excessively expensive to eat here. It’s a special occasion only kind of place for my family and I.

For the price of the Breakfast with Santa buffet I would have expected a much better food selection. It cost my family of 4 over $160 for breakfast and my kids each ate a couple of pancakes. The selection of food available for adults was minimal. Just a suggestion but consider adding an omelette station and another entree.

Definitely and awesome place! Get something fun with chocolate or peanut butter because it’s incredible! The ferris wheel is really fun too and a great way to have a variety but it’s a lot of food! Chocolate martinis are so smooth as well. Loved our server and prices weren’t terrible!

The restaurant was located at the park which made it convenient after a long day. The menu had a good selection of food for everyone's taste. The price was okay, not too expensive. The noise level was okay, a little too noisy for little ones. Overall a good experience for the kids and us as well.

Restaurant was about 60% capacity and somehow they couldn’t seat us until 8 minutes after reservation time- makes a difference with three hungry kids in tow (at an amusement park targeting kids!). Took over an hour to get our food, no one checked on us and never asked for refills for water. Food was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t go back

Took a long time to get our food. We just order meals no apps. The food was out in about an hour and 3 out of the 4 meals we cold. The nachos were so cold the cheese was congealed and the chips were soggy. For the price of the food I was expecting better quality. The only good thing I have to say was the fun-do we got was very big and plenty for a table of 4 to share.
