   We loved The Chocolatier! Our server was very kind and efficient. We are from out of town, so she gave us recommendations on what to order. Our food was delicious and full of flavor. The best part was the Reese's milkshake. We will come back if we visit the area again.

   We were told rudely there were no walkups despite there being multiple open tables and signage saying no reservation required. We went on OpenTable and made a reservation for 15 minutes later. We had to wait beyond our reservation time (still open tables) and got service. We were told there were no available high chairs except for one broken one. Then when we asked our waitress, she said most high chairs were broken. That seems unacceptable. We ordered a combined $36 in cocktails, two cocktails, and it took a half hour to receive them. We had gotten our meal and finished our meal by the time cocktails arrived. We wanted dessert, but the service was so poor and slow that we just ended up, leaving extremely disappointed and never going to go back

   We are season pass owners and go there every weekend. Never disappoints.

   We had reservations at 7:15pm and were called maybe 5 minutes after that. Our server, April, was very friendly and checked on us often. My husband and I both got the shrimp tacos which were very good! My 2 boys got the chicken strips and French fries off the kids menu and enjoyed those as well. Both commented on the breading for the chicken strips was very good. It's a little pricey but not too bad. We had a lovely evening!

   I had been looking forward to dining here for some time now, knowing it was an upscale venue in Hersheypark with some unique dishes. I took my wife for Mother’s Day, along with our teens. We had reservations and were seated without any surprises. It was a little crowded for being a light day in the park. The pierogie appetizer was good, with lots of cheese sauce. Unfortunately, that we the last dish that we would find tasty. My son’s Heath Encrusted Salmon was over cooked with the topping burnt and fish dry and rubbery. My chicken and waffles was dry and I had to request syrup. The breading seemed think and not fresh, the waffle was flaky and fell apart. My daughter Mac abs cheese was just ok. My wife’s salad, well it is a salad, but just average with some wilted greens. The fondue at the end was nice with good portions. Chocolate was very good and rich. Based on the 150 dollar bill, I had so much buyers remorse after eating the food. We had to stop and grab a bite on the way home because the food was just that bad. Despite long absences of our waitress I still left her 25 percent, because she was a gracious kind person. If I did go here again, I would only grab dessert or maybe try a burger, the burgers being brought out looked better than the entrees we had.

   First time after 25 years of adult dining out to eat...we walked out on our meal. Got txt table was ready at 6:48 and were quickly sat. Waited 10 minutes to see our server, which was fine, we immediately ordered dinner and ice teas. Saw our server for ice tea and water, a refill, a check in, an update that at 7:40 our food was finally almost done (which was just 3 simple things), at 8pm, with not even seeing our server in the restaurant, we walked out. Told the hostess we had to go. No idea if our dinner was ever coming. Very disappointed. It was not that busy and the tables to our immediate right and left had the same luck.

   Thought our last visit a few weeks ago was a fluke but apparently not. The first 5-6 times we ate here over the last 3 years everything was fantastic from the service, experience, quality of food, everything. To say that our visit today was appalling is the nicest way I can put it into words. Our table of 5 ordered 2 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 adult entrees, and 1 kids entree. The first side salad came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted fresh. That’s where the pleasant experience ends outside of having some of our glasses of water refilled twice. We sat there with no appetizers, no second salad, and no entrees (both kid’s and adult) for 50 whole minutes before our server came over and asked if we were “okay”. During this check-in we asked how much longer our food would take to which we were told “I’m not sure, hopefully it will only be another few minutes. That’s why I was coming over to ask if you are all okay.” We then asked if it was possible to just get our son his meal as he was patiently waiting for 50 minutes for chicken fingers and fries. While bringing the kids meal over we were assured again that the appetizers and remaining food that was missing should be out shortly. Another 15 minutes went by before we had to walk up to the hostess ourselves asking to speak with a manager to express our concerns and frustration. At no point during the 65 minutes from the time we placed our order did our server or a manager let us know that the kitchen may have been running a bit behind or apologize for the wait or offer to remedy the situation. Once the remaining food came there were several issues. The Caesar salad had lettuce that was brown and wilted while the grilled chicken on top was ice cold. The loaded Mac and cheese along with the pulled pork sandwich arrived at room temperature. The pirogies served were frozen Mrs T’s which could have been purchased from a grocery store and made at home. Poor service, communication, and execution. Unbelievable.

   The waitress took forever and was not extremely busy. The Ferris wheel lousy especially the fatty bacon bites. Save your money. Food was nothing great. Would have rather of gotten food from the stands around the park.
