Lunch Menu - Two Courses for £35 / Three Courses for £40

We are an independent restaurant in the heart of Chester offering microseasonal dining with menus designed around what's growing on our farm in Daresbury. Menus change every four to six weeks.

Please note we are currently card-only and unable to accept cash.

    As we are located in the historic City Centre, there is no on site parking. The closest paid parking area is the Princes Street Market Car Park, located next to the Town Hall about two minutes walk from our restaurant.

    Select this option when booking to surprise your guests with a round of fizz for the table. Whether you're celebrating a milestone occasion or simply treating yourselves to an evening out, it's a great way to make your meal a little more special. Price includes one glass of crémant per person, served just after your party is seated. Drinks will be served after all guests are seated so that everyone can enjoy a toast together. If you are dining with a larger table and would prefer this to be served as each guest arrives, please let us know in the notes at the time of booking.

    Step away from the ordinary and join us for a leisurely lunch at Chef's Table. Enjoy two courses for £35 or three for £40, crafted with seasonal ingredients and plenty of care. Our friendly team is here to welcome you, and with our extensive wine list on hand, there’s always the perfect pour to match your meal. Fine dining, without the fuss. Please note this offer does not need to be selected at the time of booking- it is available to all during lunch service.

    Absolutely gorgeous food. Took advantage of the 20% discount offer as the menu is quite expensive. But it was well worth it, the prawns were to die for and the pork dish I had was delicious!

    This is a mixed review. It is fine dining, food is exquisite and the service is excellent. But the ambiance, table and table arrangements don’t quite live up to the fine dining experience. Wine list is vast but missing well known wines, music needs attention. The place needs improvement on furniture and cozier interior set up.
