The Chef’s Tableは、チェスターの市内中心部に位置する小さな独立経営のレストランです。厳選した地元産の食材を使用した季節料理をはじめ、常に変化する多彩なメニューを提供しています。 出荷業者、中でもレストランから約24kmのところにあるThe Natural Veg Menと呼ばれるオーガニック生産者の団体と密接な関係を築いており、そこから仕入れた上質な食材をもとに、シェフがメニューを考案しています。 ランチには軽めのアラカルトメニューを用意しており、15ポンド（GBP）で2コース料理、18ポンドで3コース料理を楽しめます。ディナーはフル・アラカルトメニューとなり、厳選された食材を使用した多彩な創作料理を提供しています。 リラックスした高級感が漂うレストランで、思い出に残るダイニングをお楽しみください。

    Absolutely gorgeous food. Took advantage of the 20% discount offer as the menu is quite expensive. But it was well worth it, the prawns were to die for and the pork dish I had was delicious!

    This is a mixed review. It is fine dining, food is exquisite and the service is excellent. But the ambiance, table and table arrangements don’t quite live up to the fine dining experience. Wine list is vast but missing well known wines, music needs attention. The place needs improvement on furniture and cozier interior set up.
