   Food and service and overall experience were excellent. My filet was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were terrific. Wine list was fabulous. It’s definitely pricey, but then it is a steak-specific restaurant, so an intentional choice.

   We were greeted by the hostess & seated. The waitress was very good. We had an order of chicken & steak tips. Both orders were delicious! We had a wonderful evening!

   Well back for a second try after an OK at best first meal. Unfortunately, still nothing to write home about. I really was hoping this would be a great restaurant. It’s a high price steak house with below average food. Tables need table clothes!

    It was NYE, they were busy but not slammed. It's a new restaurant on the Cape charging Boston prices. The wait staff reviews had been great. So what did I expect? I expected comfort, linens on the table, very good food with friendly, informed staff. They fell short. It was loud, no linens or wall treatments so sounds echoed all around and the tables were pretty close. The wait staff was not knowledgeable enough about the menu to answer questions about preparation (ie Zuppa di Pesce). They were inexperienced, forgetting appetizers, forgetting silverware, taking plates away before we were done with our apps and forgetting the condiments that went with our meals. We never saw a manager or anyone acting like one. The food was good not great, which didn't help offset these shortfalls. Any of these issues make for a rough experience, but on NYE, it's hard to get your server's attention. We had to ask for everything. So, I understand that it hasn't been open that long and servers need to get acquainted with the menu. But not much makes me think they will get better. I had high expectations for them, but it extremely pricey for what they delivered.

    Nice option for Chatham residents and visitors. It’s not NYC or Boston, but a solid effort. Service was excellent; food was pretty good; ambience was a little stressed; and there is a few too many tables in the dining area.

    Happy that we were able to get NYE reservations last minute. Great decor and ambiance. Service was great. No bread served? Food was a mixed bag - some things were really good and some things fair. Veal chop could have been great but under seasoned. Over all pretty pricey for what we got. They are almost there - need to work out some kinks.

    This was actually our second visit. The first time there was a power outage and we only had appetizers and drinks before the power went out. This time it was excellent! The power was on and everything from the drinks to the service and the ambiance was wonderful. We will definitely go again. ER, Chatham

    Our dinner was great and everything went smoothly considering they were down a server but the wait staff was on top of everything and nothing suffered from our drinks to the our main course. Everything was presented at a timely manner!!

    Overall, not as expected. For a $200.00 meal the beef was not 100%. I got the petite filet and it tasted like something out of the 99 restaurants . My husband got the teriyaki tips and they were small. He had to send the back because they were cooked purple. And, the tips were not good. The quality of the meal was not good. The beef did not taste like a 45.00 steak. The restaurant was understaffed, which is fine . The staff was nice.

    Great new restaurant, quite handsome, wide choice on menu, food extra special. Drinks are terrific, Lauren runs that area and she’s super friendly and knowledgeable. Our new fave Cape place when we want a little something special for date night.

    We enjoyed our meal, and plan to return, though I don't think this will be a place that we visit regularly. The dining area is quite lovely. We liked our server (Sally) a great deal. We had heard that they have taken steps to ameliorate the problem of excessive noise in the dining room, and that certainly seems to be true. Prices are on the high side ($14 for sides, entrees are from mid $30 to high $50; portion size is OK. The food isn't quite special enough at these prices, in my opinion.

    I was skeptical at first, but the deep and sharp bar cocktails and then the well thought out food made me a very happy diner - and on my first try at this place on my birthday as well. I will be coming back here as often as my paycheck allows. A great time.

    First time here. They were out of a house Merlot. Food was great. Breadsticks and bread dry. They made me a great mock tail since I’m pregnant. Would come back.

    First our waitress was spectacular. The apps which were the bay scallop special and a Caesar salad were excellent. The Butter Burgers were terrible. It calls for crispy bacon and it looked as if the bacon had hardly been cooked. We all asked for our burgers to be cooked a certain way and they all came out med, not what we ordered. Overall a real disappointment for the money you charge.

    Went to the place with 3 friends. 2 had asked to be served their fish dishes w/o the skin, they came with the skin on and it was nasty lookiing.. I got the veal, but not sure it was veal, given how dry it was, overcooked and truly shrunken. Bus boy needs a new job.

    Bar seating was perfect for cozy date night. Lauren & Tori made us feel right at home and very well taken care of. The Terminally Pretty tequila cocktail was outstanding! We really enjoyed our entrees as well-branzino and halibut-proving you do NOT need to be a carnivore to love the food here! Prices are high but so is the food quality-amazing flavors in everything we tasted. We’ll be back!

    The prime cuts are very expensive. When paying these prices ($200 pp) the service should be perfect. The entre arrived with our appetizer plates still on the table. The entrees arrived and we had no silverware on the table. Our waitress spent a lot of time chatting with other customers instead of tending to her other customers. I'm not sure why the porterhouse arrived on a bed of garlic cloves either along with onions that you couldn't slice. The oysters and burrata were excelled as were the whipped mashed potatoes. The steak sauce was good. The creamed spinach was not creamed and subpar. A good design to the restaurant and bar.

    Terrible service, slow and inattentive, the creamed spinach was not creamed spinach it was spinach with cream and Parmesan thrown in, the tomahawk steak for $150 was small. I would never return.

    Shocked. We loved Silvestri at Ocean House and the new Pate’s. The Chatham Cut is a hard pass. Food cooked poorly - soggy duck and severely undercooked prime rib (which they comp’ed but the damage was done). How does one do a fig reduction and lose all the sweetness? Dry "butter soaked" mashed potatoes. Mushy root vegetables and undercooked fingerlings. Pear vodka seasonal cocktail was undrinkable (zero balance). Server didn’t bring the crostini with the charcuterie board. Just an all around miss. If I’m going to drop this much money at a steakhouse it needs to be a flawless experience.

    My husband and I went here for our 1 year anniversary and we’re so glad we did. The food was amazing had the burrata salad, lump crab and the ribeye steak. The staff was so sweet and cared to make sure we were satisfied and were enjoying ourselves. The bartender made the best drinks even made my special requests drink and killed it. Can’t wait to come back.
