   Visiting the Cape this week and heard good things about this restaurant. It did not disappoint. It was a busy night but the service was great and the food amazing. My husband and I both had steaks that were cooked to perfection and cut like butter. I highly recommend The Chatham Cut but book early. We went in off season and it was heavily booked.

   The Chatham Cut was nothing short of fabulous! We ordered the 6oz filet and the prime rib - both perfectly prepared. The Spanish G&T was the best. Service was efficient, responsive and personable. We will definitely be back.

   Great new restaurant close to downtown Chatham and Harwich. Finally a steakhouse on Cape Cod for those who appreciate a nice cut of beef. Service was exceptional, food was prepared well, and the wine list was comprehensive.

   Second time visiting in 2 months. I highly recommend the octopus, burrata, and raw bar starters, the tomahawk steak and prime rib should not be missed, creamed spinach and grilled asparagus are perfect pairings for the steaks. Be sure to order your steak sauces as well, our favorites were the house steak sauce and bernaise. Staff is kind, we had a late reservation and the dining room was very quiet. We have enjoyed many top Cape restaurants this is the only true Steak House forward one on the Cape, so if you want a true steak house this is your spot! We will absolutely come again!!

    So the reason for the less than perfect review was my appetizer and salad. I love to eat out but try to choose healthy items. That said the grilled octopus app which everywhere else I have ordered is usually straight up maybe with some olive and seasoning, was served on top of mashed potatoes and a large amount of sautéed onions. Seemed to be a small amount of actual octopus given the side of the plate. That said I will definitely go back again, but be more careful with what I order . Server was great and my wife liked her food despite my review

    You must go to sit at the bar at the Cut in Chatham. The Cape is filled with some great spots. These guys nailed it with the food and service at the bar. The wine list is deep and thank the stars has some great Old World wines. We were thrilled with our dinner and will certainly be back. Hats off to the staff from the front of the house to the back. Everyone was punching well above their weight. A great experience we hope to repeat.

    Had the Prime Rib again and it didn’t disappoint. The meal, drinks and service (Deme) were all excellent. She was great at checking in with us through the meal and great to talk to. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Chatham and we’re glad they are there.

    The Teriaki(?) steak was fabulous. Cooked perfectly. But the two sides (plain white rice and steamed broccoli) were boring and too plain. They could have been "livened" up with some kind of sauce/spices/butter, etc. We got a side order of brussel sprouts (for $10) that were great. Maybe they should be offered on the plate instead of the other two. Overall it was a great experience and we will certainly go there again for a special occasion. (It was my birthday!)

    Went here for an anniverary dinner, and our special night was not acknowledged even though I put it on the reservation. People were friendly, but our table along the windows was a bit impersonal and we could barely hear each other with larger parties right next to us. Ordered two caesar salads, no croutons or parmesean cheese on top and I was feeling like we made a bad decision. We had an issue with our cocktail, so did not dare want to complain. I had a steak and my wife had salmon. The entrees were good, but overpriced for the experience. Seems like this restaurant might be trying to be something different, but the bill was way too high for the experiece we got, but the people were very nice and our waitress was fantastic.

    Lovely restaurant. Service was excellent. We shared the calamari (5 stars) and the octopus (4 stars). The petite filets were perfect, prime rib was served with way too much fat on the plate and the presentation was unappetizing . $17 specialty cocktails simply were not as good as they tried to be. I live on Cape Cod and while we enjoyed the evening, the prices were simply too high for the over all experience. They did a great job re designing what used to be a pizza place. I just feel that for me, the price point is over the top.

    This was our 3rd time dining at the Cut, and by far the best! We had a table in the corner, so it was much quieter than our prior experiences. The food was spectacular as usual, as was the service. We did order steaks, so our bill was high, but there were several alternatives on the menu that would have resulted in a more normal bill.     It was awesome to have a restaurant in Chatham that serves a fabulous Prime Rib and cooked precisely the way I wanted it Rare , superb Filet Mignon for my the Yellow Fin Tuna. appetizers were also delicious. Service by Sally was excellent. She was very attenuative and pleasant.

    If you’re looking for top notch steak and wine on cape cod this is the place for it. The atmosphere, ambiance and customer service was just as amazing as the food it self. Highly recommend trying this place if you’re a wine connoisseur and a lover of steak. They do also offer other items other than steak but for me that was the main selling point for choosing this place.

    My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of our dinner on Easter Sunday. The atmosphere, hospitality, menu, service, and food were all outstanding.     The noise level is improved a great deal but it was a bit hard to hear each other at a rectangular table of 6. A round table would be better.The tables are too close together so that the waitresses backside is too close to the table when waiting on the other.

    We had a wonderful dinner at The Cut last night. There were five of us and we all had something different. Crab cake, salmon, branzino, salads . . . all delicious. They have an interesting selection of wine that went well with our meals. Matt greeted us and showed us to our table and Elena, our server, did a great job. We will be returning to The Cut very soon.
