We celebrated our dad’s birthday tonight and we absolutely had a great time and great service. Thank you so much for making tonight one to remember!
Dreary and old on the inside.
Food was average.
Food and service never disappoint! We eat at a table in the bar and the music is always too loud.
The food & service were both outstanding. I went with several people & everyone enjoyed their meals & the service. I would highly recommend & I will go back.
Chateau is our "go to" local neighborhood Italian restaurant. Food is always consistent and the staff is friendly.
The waitress was amazing the food not so much
We eat here often. We like it. It’s not too far from home either. I like the chicken and eggplant parm combo. Great bread too.
The waitress was attentive and food was superb! We enjoyed the calamari, a Trio of chicken parm/meatball/ravioli and a broiled seafood platter. Delicious!
Great food and great service!
My husband enjoyed his broiled seafood platter and I always love the chicken parm.
The food was delish and the waitress was excellent!! She brought re-fills on our drinks without having to ask as an example.
Instantly felt sick after eating the chicken, broccoli penne in “olive oil” really drenched in butter.
Servers were complaining about us being seated in their section because they were already “busy” enough. The toasted raviolis were good but everything else was blah.
The corned beef dinner was excellent! We made reservations and were seated promptly.
I had mentioned in the reservation it was our anniversary. was expecting a little more style, there was a cold draft even though I was well away from the door..
All in all it was of i think was was just expecting just a bit more!!
Food was excellent but on the cold side. Not even room temperature.
I have been here twice and the food was excellent both times!!
The Chateau doesn't seem to do well with Holidays. We ordered take out last Mother's Day and it was a circus, with a long waiting line and no one knowing what they were doing. This time we made a reservation (Valentine's Day) and encountered a delay in getting our meals (waited 45 minutes) due to the high volume of their take out business.
Quick, friendly service. Delicious food at moderate prices. Family friendly, very nice atmosphere.
Food was cold. Brussell sprouts were raw and in whole pieces. Mass produced food prepped in advance and subpar
There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We are not from the area, but went to IKEA and needed a place to stop and eat. We were seated right away. The food was amazing and our server, Maria, was amazing as well. My daughters even said we had to tip her well because she was “sooooo” nice. Definitely will be coming back..... may even take the long ride just to eat here!
Our New Year’s Eve tradition continued! We had a wonderful, comfortable, delicious dining experience thanks to all of the staff, especially our waiter Renan. Way to go Chateau!
Service was outstanding and nice ambiance! Will return!!
Food and service was excellent. Toasted Ravioli is my favorite.
Free Veterans Day meal. I am a Veteran and go every year. Plus multiple times throughout the year as well. My sons enjoys the pizza too.
i was on norton site made a reservation, it made it, went to norton to find it was closed. A waste of time.
The Chateau never disappoints. It was delicious, food came out quickly and very clean.
The décor is in good condition, and very clean. The service is excellent. All staff are attentive, polite, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep my wife and I happy. Food is very good, clean, and homemade. We had the calamari appetizer which was excellent. them came a nice basket of homemade bread. My wife had the Eggplant Parm.
which was a good size and she loved it. I had the broiled seafood casserole that was packed with Fish, Scallops, and 2 baked stuffed shrimp along with 2 sides Both meals were well prepared any very timely. Parking is free and plentiful. An excellent experience. We WILL go again.
It was just lunch. Lots of choices. Food was very good.
Our server Melanie was the best...The food was very good and good size portions.. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definately be back....
Our waitress was amazing so happy we went here for lunch.
Nice valentine dinner. Has a reservation for 2 and showed up with 3 and they were very accommodating. Door was delicious and plenty of it.
Waitress was so slow. She just disappeared.
I think people come here for the quantity rather than quality.
I had veal cutlet with eggplant and meat sauce and my wife had the veal cutlet also with meat sauce.
The veal was not pounded thin and neither the veal nor the eggplant was crispy.
The meat sauce appears to be their marinara sauce with bits of hamburger added in.
The meat sauce at Olive Garden (at no additional cost) is MUCH better.
The decor here is older but in good condition, and the service is excellent. All staff are attentive, speedy, polite, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep you and your guests happy. Food is tasty, clean, and homemade. The Italian wedding soup, for example, comes chock full of delicious little meatballs which are hand-rolled and sauteed. Lunch specials are a great value, with huge portions, bread basket, and a choice of pasta or rice, and salad or soup included. Lunch items from the menu are good and well-prepared, but the portions are much smaller than the lunch specials and no starch except the bread basket is included. Parking is free and plentiful in a big lot by the restaurant, and there is a ramp and an HP entrance which are easy to use. A very good experience. We would go again.
Sophie was a very good waitress. She was very personable and attentive. The food is always consistent we live closer to the Waltham and Burlington location but we went to Jordan’s for a visit. But in general the chateau is the same and delicious at each location you know your going to get great food!
Always great food. The service was outstanding. It's our go to place food a a to celebrate
We've been going to the Chateau for many years. The food and service are very good, the atmosphere is comfortable and it's a great setting for family gatherings.
I’ve been going here for a number of years, and it has been consistently good. This visit we had the chicken marsala which my husband loves, and orders quite frequently. I tried something new this visit which was their sausage abruzzi. The sausage is quite good and the sauce was just a little spicy which was wonderful. The servers are always helpful, pleasant and professional.
Have been going here for many years.
Recently the prices have gone up, portions are smaller, and non friendly waitstaff
Not our favorite place anymore.
11.25 for a glass of house wine., really?
The food at Chateau is alway excellent. Except for this visit. We ordered lobster rolls for my birthday. They put one lobster claw on top. The rest of it was very little lobster meat and tasted like it was put thru a blender with mayonnaise and so little lobster meat in it that it had no taste at all. We would have said something at the time but we had plans afterwards so we didn’t have time. Also, Chateau’s food is usually great.
