Fidencia, our server was very efficient without hovering & she made good suggestions. Started with a delicious blood orange vodka martini. Lamb lollipop appetizer was outstanding. Slightly disappointed my mushroom ravioli entree seemed to include only button mushrooms but it was very tasty. My husband's red snapper was well prepared although accompanying risotto was under seasoned.

We sat at the bar on a Thursday evening. Aphena and Danny were the bartenders/servers. Very gracious and attentive. The food and the ambiance were wonderful. Definitely added The Chateau to our "favorites"list

Great experience start to finish. Get the carpaccio! Best I have had in a very long time. Dynamic combination of subtle flavors complimenting the meat. The mushroom ravioli was amazing as well. The complex yet delicate flavors combined with pasta cooked perfectly were a ‘talk about’ dish.

The lobster Mac n Cheese was delicious. We also had the steamed clams and the turkey club. And let's not forget those Boody Mary's. Quite delicious.

We made a reservation through open table at 2:45 pm and when we got there the rude hostess sat us at a table to then let us know they stop serving lunch at 2pm and start serving dinner at 5pm. Why would they have time slots available after 2pm on open table if they don’t serve at that time. What a waste of time!

After several disastrous holiday dinners at the Chateau, including the last two Thanksgivings, they are finally righting the ship. New Year’s Eve dinner at the Chateau was very good. It featured a 3 course fixed price menu for $100 with several (up to 5) options for each course. A La Carte options (lobster tails and lobster risotto) were available for an extra up charge. The quality of the food was excellent: The onion soup was cheesy and hot; the chateaubrian was flavorful, tender and cooked to perfection; the key lime pie with fresh meringue and thick graham cracker crust was refreshing. My only complaint was the size of the chateaubrian was adequate but should have been larger for $100. My guess is approximately 5 ounces. The staff was kind and courteous but the service was extremely slow due to the very large crowd. The noise level was high in proportion to the crowd. In summary, the Chateau earned my loyalty for a holiday event and I’m hoping this time they have learned their lesson.

We were on time for our reservation for my wife’s birthday. We were put in the hotel ballroom due to a table not being ready in the restaurant. The ambiance was poor, service was delayed at best. We didn’t even get bread and butter. Overall a bad experience compared to when we dined here the last time

Chaos at the reception desk upon arrival. Got seated after 10-15 confusing minutes. Waited about 30 mins for first drinks. Dinner took more than 2 hours to arrive. Prime rib was strange, perhaps processed off site? Fish was very over cooked and dry. Asked for sauce in the side to keep the skin crispy and they put it in the skin. Slimy skin, dry fish. Other dishes were truly mediocre. Food and drink extremely expensive and poor quality. Dinner took so long everyone had maybe 3 drinks just waiting. Bill well over $500 and all 4 of us ordered from middle of menu except for really strange prime rib which was about $65 before tip, served with gluey mashed potatoes (truffles were just a rumor) and dreary green beans. All over-salted and processed tasting. It was just a very expensive, super disappointing experience. Server tried her best and was nice but no making up for the slow slow delivery and mediocre, expensive food. Also, ICYMI the restaurant is in a Marriott hotel - not free standing. Had I known this I don’t think I’d have booked it. This was supposed to be a very special family get together and instead it was just marred by bad food, service, then the bill came and it just capped a bad dinner. I will never ever eat here again.

Christmas Buffet. Food was great. Bit awkward though as server told us not to go to buffet until after we had received our drinks. Took about a half an hour after seated and though to get drinks. Got the impression one server may have been in charge of entire banquet room in which we were seated.

We loved the food and the staff was great! I didn’t realize when I booked it was a buffet as it was Christmas Day. (my fault) The food was great although a bit pricey for buffet. (95.00). The only issues were poor lighting over some of the offerings and a little guess work required when visiting that area. There were 5 of us waiting in line to visit the buffet but ended up getting completely separated as other diners went between us to serve themselves. I don’t know how to improve that… maybe the management team can come up with a solution. Perhaps tables taking turns and an actual dinner size plate as that would’ve cut down on a second visit? (Only 2 people in our group of 5 made a second visit). We will visit again but not on a buffet event. Nice to have another option so-close to home …. We liked it very much otherwise !

First for the positives, the ambiance in this restaurant is top notch and the service was 5 star. It was amazing that there were servers, managers,and cooks willing to work on Christmas Day. We felt so welcomed. We knew ahead of time dinner would be buffet style, but we were apprehensive about the $95 per adult. The main menu seemed reasonably priced for an upscale restaurant, which is why we felt that the buffet might be worth the $95. Unfortunately, we were quickly disappointed. The quality and choices offered were not worth the $95. The food was inconsistent and not up to par with what we had read from reviews. Also, the way the buffet was set up did not help the flow of guests. The line was backed up into the lobby and blocked servers and hosts from being able to move easily. When the bill came, we were very disappointed to pay. We look forward to getting to try the main menu but will definitely not be back for a buffet dinner.

We celebrated a birthday and we’re greeted with a decorated table with happy birthday signs! Our waiter was great, offering specials getting extra drinks and making sure all the food arrived together - no small feat with 10 people at the table. Food was great, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. We will be back
