The service was great, food was good. The risotto was well made. The wine serving was generous. The creme brulee was good. It was a little loud and the dress attire was "casual elegant". The majority of the men were wearing shorts. We felt overdressed.

Lovely restaurant. Starters were amazing, the mains were not up to par. Chicken dish was over cooked, lobster tail was over cooked and tough. Mushroom ravioli was delicious added shrimp and really made the dish. Had a berry mascarpone cake which was excellent. Cockatiels were delicious! Overall we recommend the restaurant

We had a large group, we heard the chef telling the waiter that food was forgotten. We had a raw burger. We had a greasy pancake. A “croque mousier” which was Turkey on white bread. Soggy Belgium waffles. Overall it was not a great experience and for the price it was even more disappointing.

The food is good but the service is inconsistent. We live locally and have been here many times, and were in with out of town family to celebrate birthday. We ordered multiple appetizers, cocktails, bottles of wine for the table and entrees for a party of 8, with 6:30 reservations. We ordered our main entrees around 7 and they did not come out till after 8:30. We didn’t complain, and we’re enjoying the ambience and the company, but were certainly wondering what was taking so long. The manager proactively came to the table to apologize, and in the end gave us 2 desserts on the house, which was nice, but I was disappointed that this was all they offered after having a bill that was nearing $1,000. There are other options on the island with more consistency if you are looking for a nice evening out to celebrate an occasion.

Our bartender, where we sat and ate, was phenomenal. She was helpful, kind and super courteous. We ordered the soup, salad and seafood tower, which were well prepared and delivered. The problem… because of where we sat, we were privy to all the woes and complaints of the waitstaff. All acceptable in a run of the mill establishment, not really appropriate in up scale dining.

My guest and I were served by Eric who made some excellent recommendations. We savored every bite of our charcuterie and cheese board appetizer. I had the Truffled Mushroom Ravioli and my dinner companion had the Chateaubriand. I was more than satisfied as usual however as a proficient cook, my companion isn't easy to impress. Well...she was VERY impressed and savored every bite. Key Lime Pie was the dessert of choice. Again...surpassed expectations. The Chateau is my go-to place to take my visiting friends and relatives.

The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were mixed well. We had the swordfish and grouper and it was cooked excellently! For dessert we had key lime pie and chocolate layer cake which we both enjoyed!

I have been to The Chateau a few times in the past and for the most part have been pleased with the service and quality of the food. My wife and I went during the pandemic and it was unfortunately not the best experience which is understandable considering what was going on in the world. On the other hand, this past dining experience was the best that I've had anywhere in a very long time! I think the cheeseburger was the best that I've ever had in my entire life! My server Jenny was awesome as well. She was very polite, conversational, and attentive to my every need. She should get a raise in my opinion or at least a huge Kudos! The manager was equally engaged in my dining experience and I truly felt special and valued as a customer. I highly recommend The Chateau Anna Maria for anyone that wants a world-class dining experience. A+++++++++++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

First thing is first, it is pricy. If you are eating here be prepared to spend a good amount of money. That being said, the ambiance, aesthetics, food, and service was great. Our waitress Mary was the absolute best and made our experience the best it could be. The food was delicious and the portions were sizable. You may be paying a hefty bill but it would be money well spent.

This is an elegant yet casual restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. The Caribbean crab cake appetizer was perfect with lots of lump crab meat and a crunchy coating. The mushroom ravioli was delicious as was the Red Snapper, which is never overcooked with tasty risotto. Will always come back when on vacation.

We were in town for the week with relatives and could not wait to take them to Chateau Anna Maria. Our previous experience at the restaurant was wonderful and once again they did not disappoint! The food was delicious and I think between all of us in our party of 11, we had almost everything on the menu. We can’t wait to return!
