Perfect spot in Glebe, great food, drinks and friendly service!
Food was amazing, drinks were a vibe. Tad expensive for dinner and drinks (spent $90 each yikes) also the seating is exclusively high stools and the food takes a while but other than that yum will definitely go again!

Wonderful! The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating, the fried chicken and truffle fries were to die for, and we all loved the selection of funky cocktails!
Our lovely waitress said they were under new management in the last few months with a different chef and different menu. Honestly, I preferred it before. We liked the food and loved the cocktails. A very limited menu for the vegetarians and fussier eaters though. We did think the portions were very small for the price. It was really loud inside, even though we were well away from the other diners.

The food is all to share and was fantastic, especially the tacos! The service was great, very helpful staff. The music volume however was nearly unbearable. I'm not sure why but venues seem to think turning up the volume will make up for the reduced crowd numbers. It doesn't. And it makes it very hard to hear your own table's conversation. Definitely a great venue and good food, just turn the volume down a smidge and it would be 5 star all the way!
We love this place! It’s rare that you get great ambience, first rate cocktails, tasty food and friendly service but The Charleston has all of these and has become our go to place.
This is my new favourite place in Sydney! Best cauliflower wings I’ve ever had. Perfect fries. Delicious cocktails. Lovely people. And it’s dog-friendly outside!

Food was delicious as were the cocktails. The service was great. Music was cool, it was a Friday night so it was loud fun and funky.
