   The food was very good, not perfect. The owner and staff made it clear we weren't welcome there and shouldn't come back. It was clear none of the staff was happy and the owner set the tone. You cannot book a table indoors online and the owner berated me for questioning this glitch.

   It was such a disappointment. My group of friends and I went to celebrate me completing my masters a and we felt very judged for our clothing. We didn’t fit the Draper style and had a lot of stares. We were also the only people of color in the whole restaurant. My friend ordered the steak medium and it was cooked with no pink in it and so she sent it back and it became this huge thing. The manager asked for feedback and then argued with us. She never got a replacement meal. The food was mediocre. Completely overpriced. Not worth it. We asked for mashed potatoes to be made with no dairy and they said no. The kitchen didn’t have time and the mashed potatoes were pre-made. For a $65 meal you would think they could make mashed potatoes fresh.

   Incredible experience here! We will be back! We were able to eat outdoors, which added to the excellent experience. They called us because we originally reserved an indoor table, and they asked if we wanted to change to outdoors because the weather was really nice! So considerate. Our server Indy was the best server we have had in years, and we frequently enjoy the fine dining experience in Utah. Loved everything we ate! Nothing was less than excellent. Can't wait to come back again!

    Seated outside, beautiful setting. Arrived early for our reservation and notified server that we had theatre tickets and had a hard stop in one hour. Appetizers took 30 minutes to serve. After 1 hour and ten minutes we had to leave before our entrees were served. As a world traveler I have NEVER experienced such awful service. Can’t comment on the food. It was expensive, but since it never arrived…..

    The food is ALWAYS incredible. We made a reservation (for four to sit outside) quite a while ago to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived early and before the other couple, we weren’t able to be seated at our table and we’re told we had to wait for the rest of our party. We weren’t offered a place to sit or told where to go. The hostess was not friendly. I can understand that logic for large parties at a full restaurant, but this was four people at 5:15pm. The patio was empty and only one table had a reservation sign. Despite this, we were sat right by the entry/road with people walking and standing right next to our table as they waited for the hostess (not a good spot for the hostess desk) other people that approached were commenting on where they were supposed to sit while waiting for their parties to arrive. One woman got upset and said “you don’t have a bar or anywhere for us to sit?do we have to go wait in our car?” This is strange at a restaurant of this caliber. Our waitress was very hard to understand because she spoke so fast, did not make any eye contact, did not confirm our requests and was not attentive. We had to make multiple requests for drinks, water and she attempted to take our appetizer plate with food still on it. We all felt like she just wanted to turn the table around quickly. Most of our requests were made as she was walking away from the table. She simply did not make sure everyone had what they needed. If you are intolerant of bugs, do not sit outside because they are everywhere. I wore a white blouse..BIG mistake. I had hundreds of little bug corpses smeared all over my shirt. They’re in your food, crawling on your face. They’re little, but create a big mess. Service was disappointing for how much we paid to eat here, but still…we love the food and usually have wonderful service.

    Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the City. Been here a few times and everything has been excellent. A bit pricey so it’s not you everyday stop but definitely a must do.

    Terrific food, terrific service. Ambience: even eating inside, it got pretty dark as night fell. Certainly the most expensive dining in Draper, by a wide margin.

    This was my first visit. I had heard some good things and was looking forward to trying this place out. Here's an overview of everything. Ambience: we were seated quickly outdoors. The setting under the trees with lighting is quite lovely. The noise level was decent for the location. The downside of outdoor seating was that there were several little bugs that visited my table and I had to remove them from my plate. And the wind would pick up periodically, blowing the menus around which were left at my table. Indoors, there is lovely fine dining tables set up. Overall, this is a beautiful location to host an event or enjoy time with family in town. Tea: unfortunately, the two teas I had come to try were out of stock. But I settled on the blue tea, and it had good flavor. I was never offered sugar for my tea, and by the time the server came around again, my tea was cold and my food was finished, so I gave up. The tea pot held enough for two full sized cups of tea and a bit extra. Their cups are on the smaller side, so I got 3 out of it. That was a satisfying amount. Food: Sadly, the chicken paillard was dry and tough, and oversalted. The salmon was cooked nicely, but the couscous was very dry. Overall, the food was somewhat of a disappointment. The portion sizes are what you would expect for a more upscale restaurant- Satisfying- but if you are accustomed to larger sizes, you would want to order an appetizer for sure. I would guess that the food may have been poor because they seemed a bit understaffed on a Monday. Service: the staff was nice and knowledgeable. Overall: the ambience really carried this visit. The food and lack of tea options was disappointing. It was a Monday evening, and the place was quite quiet. If you are looking for a place to relax in a lovely setting this location provides a lot. Although, you may not want want to count on the food being top notch.

    1: they don’t allowed the child under age 12 but that was fine since we know it’s the policy. 2: we were talking and the waitress came over ask us to pay since she already give us the bill already 3: we are going to pay and then she said we cannot split the check so only one person have to pay and only accept one card 4: the desert we ordered is not from their kitchen and we taste and know exactly where they bought from. As a nice restaurant and this is the first time they don’t have their own desert chef? 5: overall, the entire experience is not good. As a nice restaurant like this price, the food just so so. Push customer to pay and don’t do split the check and don’t have their own desert and charge twice price. This is ridiculous. Will not go there anymore and won’t recommend anyone go. And that is how the manager team and owner replied back to me privately! wow. I have my own choice which is not going to that restaurant and this is the worst fine dining I ever went to

    I took my family here in the hopes of a really nice meal at what looked to be a wonderful restaurant. Our server was spectacular, but that is pretty much where the enjoyment of the night ended. The food, save for the Brie, was under seasoned. Inside dining was cramped as heck, and it just wasn’t worth the drive or price.

    Quiet but nice atmosphere. Just make sure you read the fine details on the dress code, NO hats. They enforce this rule. Food was delicious, service was very slow but could be because there are a shortage of workers in the service industry right now.

    Overall not bad but the food, service, and ambience don't live up to the hefty price tag. Had a vent blowing cold air up by the bottom of the table... when I asked about the possibility of switching they just put a cloth napkin over it.

    Excellent fine dining locale in Draper. So quaint and quiet, you're likely to drive right by it. But with the warmer weather, they've opened up the patio and it's extremely inviting. We dined inside and had a very nice experience in the smaller, more intimate room of about five tables on the 2nd floor. The food was incredible and not over-done. My wife had the filet; I had the Thai Coconut Halibut. Both were perfectly cooked and accompanied by the freshest of vegetables. Baked brie with dates and honey was a nice way to begin the meal, too. And because we like to pair our food with good wine, James, our server, was more than helpful at making just the right recommendations. The Charleston feels elegant and is a little pricey. But it'd be near the top of my list for a special occasion, every time.

    We arrived for date night and as we walked in I was asked to remove my hat by the owner. I complied and realized the purpose and appreciated the request. It helped make the dining experience even more special. The feel of it was perfect and it was enhanced with the best server Rolando, his timing and attentiveness was great and he was very kind. I ordered the American Waygu Tomahawk Steak, and it was the perfect medium rare. The flavor was beyond expectations and I can't wait for another. It was served with it's own side table, I selected a steak knife from a box of knives and it added to the experience. The candle light dinner with a loved one in the upstairs was a dream. She had the Pesto Pine nut Spaghetti and she kept mentioning the flavor was really beyond desired expectation.

    What a great experience we had this morning! Sometimes an enjoyable dining experience comes together by chance (not often, but occasionally). I'm guessing this was by design. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and service-oriented-the hostess, our waiter, and another staff who stopped by to check on us. Our waiter, James, proactively noticed my girls were cold and offered them blankets after lighting the outdoor heater. The menu had a few items I'd like to try, which is unusual. The "Pain Perdu" (french toast) was delicious and came with fresh berries and fresh, dense whipped cream. (That cream was perfect for coffee, so I added a spoonful to my coffee and thoroughly enjoyed it.) My wife is almost as much of a foodie as I am, and she remarked that her "Herbed Baked Eggs" (see pic) may have been the best breakfast dish she's had. I can't speak to it since, sadly, she didn't save me a bite : ( The "Avocado Toast" came with two perfectly poached eggs and a lovely medley of greens. My "Smoked Salmon Platter" was also very good. Of all the food, I only have a single, minor suggestion related to the smoked salmon platter. The lemon came in slices but having a small wedge instead would have been easier to squeeze a few drops from. When the check came, paying was a best-in-class experience. As a back-story, I don't like when wait staff takes my credit card to another room to run it--that is an archaic practice that also requires the waiter to make two trips to the table to cash you out. The Charleston did this right and better than most who try to do it right. The waiter brought my receipt, which had a QR code I could scan to pay. We've all seen that before, but that sometimes requires manually entering or scanning a card. Here, it took only two clicks. I selected a tip amount and then double-clicked the side button to authorize payment, and it was done, along with my having an e-receipt to forward, save, or forget about. A great find, for sure.

    I made a reservation for a Saturday night for " inside" the restaurant . when we got their, they told us they could only set us outside but they could give us blankets and a heater if we wanted. so we left. they really need to work out there reservations to fix this problem. we had no desire to sit outside and would not have made the reservation if we had not had the option to be inside.

    Wow! What a lovely experience. I must say…it was so nice to see other patrons dressed up for a beautiful evening out. BRAVO to the owner for setting dress code standards for this restaurant. This sets it apart from all the other local restaurants. Good and service were exquisite.

    I had high hopes for a new fine dining experience for me. We went on a date. The server was too busy to be attentive. Foods were prepared really well, however appetizers were blend and my entrée were salty. I wanted order a glass of wine but server was too busy and by the time my wine showed up, I was half way done with my entrée- I waited for a while but the foods were getting cold. My husband ordered lobster mac and cheese, and it tasted perfect but the portion was too small for almost $40 mac and cheese. My steak was cooked in perfection but was too salty. I drank lots of water with it. So skills are there and menu is awesome but to attention to the detail was bit off. Over all, I might give another chance.

    We had a reservation and we’re seated quite promptly. Then we waited 10 minutes for anyone to show up. We were literally looking on Open Table for another location to go to when a waiter came. He said he wasn’t our waiter but would help. He wound up being our waiter the whole time. Not sure who was supposed to be our waiter. The place was clearly understaffed for the reservations it had. The place wasn’t hopping. I would say it was at…25% capacity? From that perspective, the food took a rather long time. The price of the entree was reasonable. And tasty! The price of dessert is…insulting. Just say you don’t serve dessert. A slice of anything should NOT cost $15. That’s just $4 less than my entree, which had steak in it! :(( A bottle of Pellegrino, even the large one, should not cost $10. And if you’re gonna charge $14 for a glass of wine, have the decency to at least fill it half way, or close to it. For $14 you should get more than a tasting. :( On the reservation it said we were celebrating an anniversary. We also told the hostess when she seated us. No one did anything special. Would I return? We’d be hard pressed to…
