   This is my new favorite restaurant! Service was impeccable, the bar was cozy, yet chic. The whole experience was top notch!

   James was our waiter and was simply the best. Knowledgeable about the menu items and provided fantastic recommendations. If you get to eat one meal in Dallas, go to The Charles and ask for James.

   My server Jonathan was everything he was humorous and professional he catered to us.He served us in such a manner until we didn’t even know what we wanted until he brought it. There is a great appreciation for waiters that love serving .They care about and appreciate the customer . They appreciate the experience and Jonathan embodies all of that. Jonathan even took birthday photos as if he was apart of our family. Jonathan even walk us out.I flew in from Atlanta, Georgia to celebrate my birthday at this particular restaurant and it was worth every penny as a party of eight(6) I will be back. Thanks again.

   Our main issue was the high level of music and noise. Food was good but a but too salty.

   The Charles is amazing! It was the best restaurant experience I have had in Dallas this year. The service was magnificent. The food was amazing! I didn’t have a bad drink or appetizer/entree/dessert while I was here. Jonathan was a wonderful server and he took care of everything. I would definitely tell anyone to come to this restaurant and I will be back!

   Primera vez que estuvimos en The Charles, mi prometida y yo lo disfrutamos bastante. Increíble atención de Jonathan, fue grandioso en guiarnos durante toda la cena, incluso nos presentó al Chef Juan. Nos llevó a conocer la cocina. Mi favorito en Dallas.

   We love The Charles and were very happy to celebrate our 14 anniversary with all the great team members Devin, Kara, Antonio, and Fatima mades us feel so welcome. As always the food and spirits were exceptionally good.

   The only thing that tops the food is the experience and attention to detail. The highest level of service in Dallas. Everything is not just well-orchestrated but also perfectly executed.
