We went to The Chapman with friends for a birthday brunch for my husband. It was perfect! I had the dark chocolate and cherry French toast and my husband had the breakfast burger and a Bloody Mary. The cherries with the chocolate was an amazing combination and the breakfast burger was better than any burger I remember having recently! The bacon on the burger was sweet, spicy and there was plenty to enjoy. We were already picking out things on the menu to have the next time we come. Our friends who came with us are about to move but decided they’d need to come back to Orlando at least a few times a year to eat at The Chapman! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Andreas service was impeccable! The Waygu was delicious as always, as was the Caymus! We tried the fabulous carrot appetizer this time, it’s excellent! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience! Very fun, trendy, and meaningful ambiance. The hostess ladies were some of the nicest I’ve ever come across and Raquel was an outstanding server. The food and wine were delicious. We loved our romantic date night at The Chapman!

As guests at The Chapman we felt so valued. Our server was the best. From greeting us, explaining the menu and the delivery of food. I wish I left a bigger tip for her because she truly deserved it. She made me and my girlfriends night amazing. We talked about how she was really on it tonight. Not to mention the ambiance, music, decor, and friendliness of staff. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to everyone at The Chapman for making our night special.

This was our second time and service was again mediocre. The cocktail was given to someone else and we had to alert the waiter that it was 45 min since we had ordered cocktails. The crab cake was very good although pricey at $29 for one crab cake. The BLT salad was good. The citrus chiffon dessert for $17 did not have much flavor. The Chapman needs to up their game to survive on Park Ave. I hope they make some changes.

We ordered the Cesar Salads the Salmon was well seasoned. My only con to the dish was the dish had too much of the base of the romaine. The drinks were fantastic and the Lions Maine bang bang highly recommend as a plant based option.
