We ordered the Cesar Salads the Salmon was well seasoned. My only con to the dish was the dish had too much of the base of the romaine. The drinks were fantastic and the Lions Maine bang bang highly recommend as a plant based option.

Went to the Chapman the first time yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The service really is impeccable, and the attention to detail is noticed. I have to tell you the food was really good. I got the soup of the day which was a corn bisque and I inhaled it. I also got a veggie sandwich which is not your typical veggie sandwich. It had portobello mushroom it had artichoke in it. Everything was just so tasty. I will definitely be coming back. I would definitely recommend it was a great experience.

Our server Lucy was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the menu. The ambiance is chic and intimate, a bit urban in it's feel which is a unique offering for Winter Park. Great place for a date or weekday night out with friends. Food was locally inspired, the flavors were well developed and the offerings were unexpected and pulled off well. We had the salmon and grouper and it was excellent.The cocktail menu offered some signature items that were a refreshing change from the same old same old. Try the Sorrel Martini! And finally, thank you for having a more inspired and diverse wine list. Every restaurant in the area offers the same selections...if you could add some French whites like Sancerre or Vouvray I would love it even more.
