   Modern and chic, The Chapman has a great selection of food with great service and a beautiful atmosphere. The Brunch flatbread was delicious and light. We tried 3 sandwiches, the Cuban, the fried fish sandwich and the lobster and crab roll. The steak fries are huge and crispy. I had the lobster and crab roll which was tasty but difficult to eat. The bread on the roll was just ok. Was supposed to be hot but seemed a little stale and needed to be cut further to put the meat in further but the flavor was good. I think it would me better if they toasted the bread a little more and added some melted butter. The fish sandwich had a great crunch and tasted really good. Their Cuban was on toasted focaccia and had some prosciutto, which was different but delicious. Overall, a nice brunch. We’d go back again!

   The Chapman was an absolute delight: attentive service, a great atmosphere, excellent food, and superb company. For the long weekend, Sunday evening, an early reservation was made for a quieter start to the meal. The hostess, server, and manager were all guest-focused and made the evening a wonderful experience.

   Ambience was very nice. Unfortunately we had been hyped for the experience we didn’t get. Food was fair. Crab cake was excellent and salads were very good. Steak had no taste. Pasta dish was ok. Service was blah. We had heard how interactive the waiters were and did not get that experience. Overall a B. Not what we were expecting.

   Salmon under cooked, seating in the back room not as anticipated, assumed we’d be in more lively environment. Waiter was ok. Expected more from the experience….

   We are on the outside patio. Service by Ashley was terrific. Excellent varied menu, great sightseeing opportunities walking by on Park Avenue. Food was spot on, nice and varied wine list. Priced appropriately for the location.

   Last night was my first visit to The Chapman. The service was fantastic and the server was very knowledgable about offerings and the wine list. The chef and the staff were very attentive to food allergies. The food was great with artistic presentations. I ordered the Redfish and my friend ordered the burger. We split a salad and dessert. The Chapman has all the makings of a great restaurant. The price point is consistent with other good restaurants in the area. I will be returning!

    Service and food quality were very high. The atmosphere is lively which is great. One table near us was far too loud which is not the Chapman's fault, but did distract at times from the experience. Had a steak that was outstanding as was the grouper. I'd definitely go back.
