    Menu & flavor needs help. Filet over cooked, 4 dinners lacking flavor. Decor felt like a diner. Guests dress in shorts very disappointed based on the price point, spent over $500 for 4 guests- no salads or desserts ordered.

    Our reservation was at 7pm, we were not seated until 7:40pm. Appetizers took 45 minutes to come out and a manager came to our table to apologize, offered to comp the appetizers and one round of cocktails. Entrees arrived shortly after appetizers even though I requested they be spaced out so we weren’t eating courses one after the other. Shrimp buccantini was underwhelming in a thick dry tomato sauce but the shrimp were delicious. The pork tenderloin was delicious. Skip the goat cheese ravioli appetizer, I don’t believe they can do Italian cuisine well based upon our experience. Our server was excellent despite the food and wait times.

    Overall, a great dining experience at the Chapman restaurant. Food and drinks were excellent. Food server team was excellent but the hostess was slow in getting us seated. Beautiful facility, we will be back soon.

    The Chapman for lunch was wonderful. The Chicken Sando was very rich and full of complex flavor! The Avocado Tuna Bowl was outstanding! Delicious variety of ingredients and beautifully presented! Everything was so fresh! The drinks are perfect and so interesting in their preparation. The best part was our server, Anna! She is professional, cordial, well-informed, and very engaging!
