The Champagne & Caviar Bar recalls the distinctive glamour of a vintage jewel box, presenting a carefully curated selection of the finest Champagnes, Petrossian Caviar and a menu of classic dishes in which caviar is the star. The space features a progression of hand-blown chandeliers, geometric floors of Italian marble, and an ornate coffered ceiling, punctuated by camel mohair velvet seating for an intimate, immersive experience.

The caviar bites we ordered were amazing, in particular the lobster rolls. The lobster was very fresh and the caviar added the right amount of salinity to the roll. We also enjoy the potato skin and caviar bites were exceptional. The perfect combination of crispiness, crème fraiche, and buttery salinity provided by the caviar. A balanced bite!

We were escorted downstairs to a quiet, elegant dining space. There we were able to enjoy the caviar, champagne, and each others company without the noise of the city. We started with the caviar cones. They were light and delicate. Then we had the caviar service. Warm blinis were always on the table without a request. They anticipated pur needs well and it made for an enjoyable experience.

Decided to take a chance to have a family celebration and could not have been more impressed. What an amazing place with the right ambience, quality, and service. Will absolutely go back and cannot wait till the next time.

We were extremely disappointed with the service during most of the night. We waited a long time for our first champagne pairing, and another person in our party waited 10 minutes longer for her cocktail to be served. We then waited again for the pairing with our first course, having no champagne to sip with the caviar cones. Extremely light pours were served, and no description of what was poured with each dish. The caviar tartare was absolutely flavorless. Lobster rolls were delicious as was the potato latke. The cones and puréed potatoes were both unremarkable. We don’t mind spending the money when receiving excellent service and exceptional food. I am sorry to say, it’s overrated. Save your money.
