    Appreciated the location it is in the heart of the theater district. A little disappointed that the lobster ravioli was in short supply as they sold the “last one” at 5:30. I opted for the garlic shrimp it was very good, my Husband got the Salmon which was also very good. The service not so much , our Server Stephanie was very unattentive , we only saw her to take our order and then to clear our plates. She brought us our check, did not ask how our meals were, if we would like dessert or if we’d like anything else.

    Our experience was outstanding! Everything from the birthday greeting on top of the menu to the service and everything in between was wonderful. Our server Erik was extremely helpful, thoughtful, attentive, considerate, and kind. Thank you for being such a beautiful part of my birthday!

    Alfredo was such a knowledgeable and well spoken server. He guided our meal choices and it really made the night. Kim and the other hostesses were absolutely lovely and so nice. It has been a long time since we’ve seen such a great staff. Well done and thank you!

    We went to The Centro for a late lunch. Three of our party ordered the chicken Caesar and I had the Wedge Salad, both were fantastic. We then shared the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, which was also very good. We were very happy with our server (Kaitlin), she was very pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be back and would recommend The Centro to our friends and family.

    Was a little chilly, so bring a light jacket. Excellent service, but didn't think the food was much above good. Good food, but honestly expected a little more. Good portions!

    This would be our 3rd time visiting Centro and never have we had such a terrible experience! From start our waiter Alfredo seated us and because there was a birthday event going on he only came back to our table once and the other times we had to call him and wait for him to come at his leisure.. My steak was too rare it still had blood coming from it i asked Alfredo to have it thrown back on the grill for a few seconds and it seemed after that he was angry his whole demeanor changed! Not to mention he didn’t even bring us our steak knives until we were asking for to go trays! It also was my husbands birthday and so at 11:25 we finished eating and there were still many people there eating including the birthday group Alfredo brought my husband a free slice of cheesecake and when i asked to purchase one for myself he told me that he could not accommodate me as it was now 11:30 and they were technically closed… mind you he had just brought my husband his slice and the other parties were still being brought their food AND i was paying for it! So we left unhappy the next morning at 12:30 we stopped back because we wanted to purchase the cheesecake we did not get the night before and the staff was off putting the woman that did oblige acted as if she had to sneak it stating she didn’t believe she was allowed! $42 for two slices of cheesecake and she was not able to sell it to us? she did so anyways and apologized for the inconvenience! We stayed overnight had reservations for dining and as we were checking out wanted to purchase the cheesecake we were denied during our dinner we spent hundreds of dollars to enjoy ourselves and felt out of place as if we did not belong profiled as if we came in off the streets! By far the worst experience we’ve had eating with you but it will certainly be the last!

    Good food. Great service. Maybe a bit pricey for Italian. Menu might be considered to be a bit limited. I would go back.

    Nice environment but it was cold inside. Chicken parm and shrimp was very bland but, sea bass was great. Great server and speed.

    I want to start ny saying our server was Alfredo who was amazing. For starters he recommended a cocktail that was strawberry flavor which was excellent in fact we has two. For appetizers we had shrimp which was awesome and the meatballs which were okay (lacked flavor). Dinner we shared a rib eye, mushrooms and mash potatoes which was excellent. Our server made us feel at home visiting from the West Coast. He was personable, nice, warm and welcoming so we hope this is shared with him. If in the area, it is a place to try!

    The food was very good but the service was incredibly poor. We don’t know if we had a new waiter but the place was full of staff that we wished stepped in during times when our drinks were ready but not brought to the table for over 15 minutes, and other things. Our server made the experience awkward but at least we had something to laugh about after. 20% tip was automatically included on all bills (card or cash). Overall, not a disappointing meal and good drinks but wouldn’t return after the experience with the service

    DeAngelo gave us the perfect table and was so sweet ! Go Browns ! Our waiter Alfredo was the best ! Funny , helpful and gave us great recommendations! He got slammed with a big table and handled it will expertise. Thanks for the desert we had the best time !!

    The chicken piccata was made without the lemon caper sauce, so it was just grilled chicken and noodles. We had to ask for them to bring out the sauce. It was cold by that time.

    $27 pasta dish was dried out and hard, guessing from sitting in window while waiting for pizza on order. Pizza topping was sparse and lacked flavor. Waiter was great. Our return is unlikely.

    Bo was our waiter very friendly and knolwgable about the menu, good at upselling products that were under par for the price point. Great menu selection but poor execution, ordered grilled octopus for appitizer, was grilled to perfection but after that food was over cooked, chicken was dry and drinks were just ok. Needless to say that’s why our experience was just ok, great service but needs work from the kitchen.
