    The chicken piccata was made without the lemon caper sauce, so it was just grilled chicken and noodles. We had to ask for them to bring out the sauce. It was cold by that time.

    $27 pasta dish was dried out and hard, guessing from sitting in window while waiting for pizza on order. Pizza topping was sparse and lacked flavor. Waiter was great. Our return is unlikely.

    Bo was our waiter very friendly and knolwgable about the menu, good at upselling products that were under par for the price point. Great menu selection but poor execution, ordered grilled octopus for appitizer, was grilled to perfection but after that food was over cooked, chicken was dry and drinks were just ok. Needless to say that’s why our experience was just ok, great service but needs work from the kitchen.

    First of all my lobster, ravioli came out like lobster mush. There wasn’t a formed ravioli on the plate. Nobody ever came back to check how our food was until the end. Then it was too late to get some thing else because we were late for a show. We asked the waiter to do three different checks and he told us that would take too long so when I was going over the bill today the total between the subtotal and the tax does not add up, it’s $10 more. Definitely wouldn’t go there again.

    Everything was great! My absolute only complaint would be when making the reservation it asks if it’s a special occasion or something and I put the occasion, but no one there seemed to know or acknowledge it. It’s trivial, but why ask?

    We showed up for an early dinner before going to show. Place was empty, which always makes me nervous. However, I didn’t need to worry. We were greeted effusively and enthusiastically by our hostess, and were served by an absolute gem of a waiter, William. Our food was delicious. The iceberg wedge was exceptional, as was my truffle pasta and my friend’s lamb chops. The place did actually fill up about 30 minutes after we got there, but even if we were the only people in the place, it would have been delightful - thanks to the charisma and friendliness of the staff.

    Our server William was horrible, slow and really didn’t pay us any attention and he wasn’t attentive either to our needs we had to ask another server to get his attention. The food was subpar for the price 3 shrimps for $25x 2 only thing that was on point was valet parking. I won’t eat there again.

    Dinner was fine. There were not many diners yet our server was not very present. The complimentary bread was the best part of the meal. The mushroom truffle pizza was very good. We ordered two pastas - one came and the wrong one arrived for the other. Neither were very good. Our server said the shrimp app was a standout, we didn't think it was very special. Chopped salad was overdressed. The patio was nice for people watching.

    Had an early dinner - Chilean Sea bass - nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc - great service in a nice atmosphere. A nice location right downtown just off the Playhouse Square. Perhaps a bit overpriced but nice.

    We came here for dinner … Food was extremely bland, and the pasta was way overcooked. Espresso Marti also has to be remade because it was soooooo bitter. 😩 Server was enjoyable, but for the price paid I definitely would never come back here to eat.

    The food was delicious, especially the sweet salad and Chilean sea bass. However, the asparagus was undercooked. The ambiance was upscale, and the waiter was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed, with the entrée being served before we finished our appetizers.

    The server was good I only gave 3 star on food because my chicken parmesan was not hot and noodles seem bland a little overcooked but still was ok with a little salt and pepper had a great time overall I was very pleased with where we was seated they really granted my birthday request with that Thank You!!

    We had the striploin steak, which was good. We also had a pasta dish. I found the pasta a little too starchy. Overall, our experience was amazing because of our server. She was amazing.

    Thursday is date night and we enjoy new places and exploring and experiencing neighborhoods. This downtown Cleveland restaurant did not disappoint. We started with Nonnas meatballs as the appetizer and finished with gelato. And went downstairs to the Vault to poke around the bar and funky rooms that make it up. If you get lucky you’ll have Kelly as your server.

    Stopped in for the first time for lunch. Service was wonderful and the meal was truly delightful. Moderately expensive but I thought it was well worth it! This isn’t your typical hotel restaurant experience and if you are in n Cleveland I highly recommend it. Anxious to come back for dinner!

    Always heard great things about the newer restaurant on the block The Centro. Well, I have to say it was everything everyone told me and more! The staff is very knowledgeful on the menu and made some great suggestions. The ambiance and decor are just wonderful. It is a great spot for a date, show, or a bite and cocktail before the game. Being a wine person myself I was also pleasantly surprised with the wine selection and the fact that it was very approachable and most of all fit the theme of the restaurant and the food it serves. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely be back soon!
