The food was okay. A little dry and overall not worth the price. Once of my friends said the picadillo tasted like kids chef boyardee. We asked to speak to the manager after our food was served but they never came so we left. It was a group of 6 of us and everyone agreed the food was not good we tried to give everything a try. We later found out from our family who lives there that this is a tourist type of restaurant. I left them a review on google and instead of offering us a credit or a refund the owner simply replied in an arrogant manner. Our review was not meant to trash them but rather a constructive criticism to see if they could improve since the service and the venue itself are not bad. Our host was very nice and friendly.

I apologize Luis but your group in google was offensive and called us name like a coven and a tourist trap and this are offensive and not true as we take pride in our food . We are a 3rd generation restaurant and our recipe are homemade I understand that one of the plates was not of your liking please calls and we can make it right. Thanks again for coming .

We had an amazing experience at The Cave! The service was top-notch, and even though the restaurant isn’t specifically advertised as kid-friendly, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large family. We were given a private section at the back, which allowed us to play our own music and enjoy each other’s company in a more secluded, relaxed setting it was absolutely perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

Loved the music and atmosphere is nice. We waited a very long time for two people at our tables food to come, the rest of us were done eating. I asked if they did anything special for birthdays and I was told yes and they gave us a piece of cake and sang happy birthday, I didn't know we would be charged for the piece of cake. Also $2 each on water bottles that none of us asked for. More clarity on charges would be nice

After a delicious Cuban meal, don't forget to order a Cuban coffee. It's made with strong espresso and sugar, and is the perfect complement to any meal.

No A/C just some very loud and disturbing fans. It was very hot and humid as you might expect in a Puertorrican Summer afternoon. No tostones and no coffee?? Common a Cuban restaurant without coffee? Food was unimpressive. Is ok for tourists. But is definitely a no going back for us.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. Every dish I've tried has been an explosion of flavors and textures. The staff's attention is also outstanding, always friendly and willing to help. It's a place I definitely recommend to any food lover.
