Sip on cocktails and luxuriate at our most popular venue, the Cave Bar. Here guests can relax in a unique and sophisticated setting, an authentic cave with mood lighting and panoramic terrace. The outdoor terrace is perfectly suited for summer barbeques, weddings, and other private functions.

The well-stocked bar and expert bartenders behind it offer an extensive selection of local and foreign beers, wines, and your choice of cocktails. Next to the bar, the outdoor infinity pool and lounge chairs offer guests a rooftop oasis where they can soak up the sun.

This area is suitable for both standing and sitting events, all overlooking the historical Mellieħa Church, the gorgeous blue bay of Għadira, and Malta’s sister islands of Gozo and Comino. The cave is part of a hotel and is only very small. There are no views as the area is built up and a wall separates the views to the sea. The crispy pork belly was boiled and not crispy at all. As for the sea food spaghetti after picking up a large prawn the whole thing exploded and left a brown mess all over my hand and plate. I don’t complain so this is not one of those reviews. However, sent it back even the waiters were smelling at the plate. There are better experiences in the area.

Not as advertised. If you are staying in the hotel then it’s a nice extra but as we booked for a nice meal out it was very disappointing. Feels more like sitting in someone else hotel by their pool. Very small and not very professional.

The photos on OpenTable was all a facade. It’a taken at an angle to make it look nice. It’s a hotel pool bar. Not a restaurant. We got there and since we made the trip all the way out decided to sit. No one came after 30 mins we got up and left.

We were disappointed with the setting, the photos on google are very cleverly taken. This is basically just the hotel’s pool bar, not very big and not what they’re selling to you online. Not what we were expecting at all but the food was nice and fairly priced.

Amazing food and the view at sunset totally makes the evening. However the Cave itself is a little disappointing!. We travelled quite a distance for the experience and was underwhelmed. The food is wonderful though.

Was allowed to book a table and we travelled to Melieha excited for this meal got the restaurant and tried a few different entrances and then called the admin team to find out the restuarant is actually closed for a few months. Had to find a last minute place to eat somewhere in the area

The view is not at all as on the pictures. It looked like we would be sitting directly next to the viewpoint, however, there are an infinity pool and sunbeds right before you. The photos are just taken that way that you think the view starts directly at your dining table.
