The staff was very friendly and kind and great with our kids and the food was great. 12/10 for the proper chips they were some of the best we have had and we kept eating after being full. Awesome place and we highly recommend.

Food and service was ok, but the table they sat us at was slammed between two other sets of patrons and absolutely tiny. It was also incredibly wobbly, which was stressful.

We were in Philly right as The Cauldron was getting ready to open, so we were excited to finally try it out! The staff are phenomenal! The potion making experience is fun! The food is delicious!

Portions were horrible, for the prices they charge. Burgers average at best, salad average needed extra dressing. Barely any on it, mac and cheese was very good. However for the price, very small portion that was ridiculous.Very cool place, but for those prices will never go back. Can get a lot better food, for those kinda of prices.

Sat at the bar and just did drinks and dessert. The toffee cake was delicious and the drinks were fun. Bartender was friendly and attentive.

We had a very nice time considering we had a heck of a time with the online booking interface. Lots of “error code” issues online. They were able to accommodate for the “experience”. You definitely need to be in the right head space and weather the expectations, but it was a unique experience. We had a great time. Liam was excellent even though we heard other tables being told he was a week into his tenure.

This place was amazing. It is perfectly themed and the inside is amazing. The food was delicious and the themed cocktails were incredibly fun. The service was amazing, too. A must see place for any harry potter or magic fan.
