   We enjoyed our dinner very much. We had a variety of Small Plates which was perfect to taste various dishes. The server Maddie provided excellent service. The grounds are also beautiful and inviting.

   Our waitress Madison was extremely attentive and pleasant. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious.

   We just picked a bad night to go. The upstairs was booked and so we had to eat in the bar downstairs.

   My fiancé and I really enjoyed both the restaurant and the Pub. the atmosphere in the dining area is open and welcoming. The Pub was unique experience. It is located downstairs from the restaurant. We will definitely go back. Actually, we are making it an annual tradition.

   We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the Castle immensely. The bacon encrusted oysters were delicious! The redfish entree and the filet entree were both fantastic. The banana cream pie was definitely a great way to finish off the meal. Service was fantastic as well. We look forward to our next dining experience.

   We were offered the Valentine's menu which was really quite a disaster. The grits with my fried oysters were dry. My wife's soup was lukewarm so it had be sent back to be reheated. The Caesar salad was the best part of the meal. I wish we had skipped the restaurant and eaten in the bar as they had much better selections.

   oysters and grits, surf and turf, both very good. Drinks were excellent.

    My husband and I (who live out of town) made reservations in early January for Valentine’s Day dinner. We had selected several dishes on the restaurant’s online dinner menu that we wanted to try, but when we arrived to our reservation, we found out that they had a limited-option/increased-price Valentine’s menu, which was not posted on their website and did not include a fish option as an entrée. They also did not have any specials. Service was mediocre; the entrées that we did get were very good, but the overall experience was not what we had hoped for. We were seated in a back room of the restaurant which felt more like a patio than the main dining room. Overall we were disappointed with the cost of the meal and the experience we had.
