We had a reservation for 11 people and when the first person arrived they had no record of it. They told us they no longer work with Open Table because they had issues with them. Even though I recieved emails and reminders of my reservation. They then informed us that no one from Cask contacted Open Table. We were lucky enough they were able to accommodate us. Im saying this because if it was a busy Friday or Saturday night we may have been turned away. As our party arrived we placed our drink order and then appetizers. A short while later we order our main entrees. One women ordered a salad and said they were out of iceburg lettuce which she was fine with. The apps were good. The waitress came back to inform us that they were out of french fries and sweet potato fries!! We were a little confused of how that happens. We could substitute any other side they had available. Then when another person in our group got her salad they did not have the dressing she requested. The burgers that were ordered medium all came out well done. The wait for our food was very long considering there were maybe 5 or 6 tables total. Our waitress disappeared for awhile as I believe she was the only one working. We had to hunt her down to get one families check because they had to get home. When we all recieved our checks those who ordered fries were charged for the other side we had to order. No one said anything about that because it was not worth the fight. Not one manager was in sight or came over to ask how our food was or apologize for being out of numerous things. In fact all we saw was our waitress, a hostess and a bartender. It was very disappointing.

Some of the food was extremely good, but not consistent across the board. While the size and variety of the beer selection was good, the quality of the beers on draft was disappointing for a Taphouse (only one beer, bottled btw, rated above 4 on Untappd).

We had reservations for New Year’s Eve. We got seated right away. Our server was excellent. Answered all our questions about the menu. The food was delicious. I highly highly recommend the brussels sprouts. We had a very nice evening.

Service was very good, staff was attentive, place was fairly clean. The food is just ok Crab dip was way to creamy and cheesy but there was barley any crab couldn't finish even a quarter of it, Onion sop SUPER SALTY ! had a beet salad was good nicely done, tacos with shrimp Overcooked shrimp just ok. Beer was very good nice variety and nice and cold ! You should try it and ill probably give it one more shot just in case it was a bad day for the cooks !

Good was great as was service. It was not at all crowded which I hope was out of the ordinary since we enjoyed and hope they will be a great success!
