   Best shrimps ever tasted. The captains boil famous sauce is my favorite. Service is fast and friendly.

   Food was really good but it's a bit slow as they were so busy. Our server only focusing on other customers and forget us. I hope their customer service will improve but over all food is really good.

   Upon arrival? The hostess brought us to the table. Table was not ready as we had to help the hostess put the tables together. Once that was done, she just placed the menu on one side of the table rather than at each seating. A server greeted us, asked us what we wanted to drink. We all said waters for all 13 of us for now. As she left she rolled her eyes.. not sure what that was about. Another server. Asian guy with glasses and tattoos, greeted us. He was very nice and made our time at Captains Broil great! Although upon seated we were never told about the long list of items not available, like what’s the point of going if half the menu wasn’t available. However we made it work and food was still great, along with service.

   A good restaurant for family , a bit messy using your hands to eat but I loved it . Food was delicious and service was quick and friendly.

    Our 1st time at this restaurant gave us a very good experience. Not a busy time although it was about noon when we made our reservation. Good service and tasty food. We had the sizzling plate lunch menu item that had 2 crayfish, 2 shrimp, 2 clams, 2 mussels with the Captain Boil sauce, teriyaki chicken and mild flavour. A good item for lunch. We would return again to try some of the other menu items that are served in a plastic bag. Definitely a new experience and fun to try.
