The Captain’s Boil was inspired by Cajun seafood boil, where freshly caught seafood is boiled and served right away to retain its freshness and tenderness. The Captain’s Boil took this idea further by adding aromatic Asian spices to enhance the natural taste of our ingredients. By removing all the unnecessary hassle of table settings and cutlery, we make sure that the food is ready-to-eat — from sea to table.

The food was great but the overall location was very conjested. There wasn't a waiting area, people were just standing by the door waiting to be seated. There was no hostess to greet us or take us to our table- we had to walk into the middle of the restaurant to try to get someone's attention to ask for a table. Just very unorganized.

Best clams in Toronto, really good snow crab, shrimp was a touch overcooked but the seasoning was dead on for everything. Not everybody spills the bags all over the table to start like they do with crab and other seafood feasts down south, but don't be afraid to get your hands messy!

Overall it was a great experience. It wasn't busy when we came, and have asked for a boot. But was refused and given a table for 2. I don't think it was enough space for what we ordered.

Messy! But pretty tasty. I'm not a huge fan of having to work so much to eat food I paid for but it made it kind of fun! I will go again!

The food an ingredients are amazingly fresh! Definitely better than Hot'N'Juicy in the U.S. My friend and I did the whole crab special. The potions are big so if you have a small appetite, stuck to crab legs. We also order chicken wings and rice for our sides which were delicious.

The entrance is tiny, not much space for people waiting. Overall the place is amazing. The food is great and the service was great. The only issue I have is apparently they don't know how open table looks. My Reservation was for 1:15. I arrived at 1:20. Thru told me they had given away my table as o was half hour late. Apparently they had my had me booked for 1:00. I ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seated.
