Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. we had an amazing experience at Capital Grill for my daughter’s birthday celebration! it was awesome. Wanica was an exceptional server. From the moment we were seated, she arrived to greet us and introduce herself . She was a delight - so professional, genuinely interested in us as customers and all smiles! She gave us a wonderful evening. Food was delicious and the wine was exceptional. Thank you!

Had an early Father’s Day celebration for my husband with our 3 boys. The staff was very welcoming and excited to make our celebration special. Our server, Dakota, took care of every request with pleasure and told the chef it was our first time at this location. The executive chef, Ricardo, came out to greet us and made a custom dessert for our table! A full spread of freshly baked cookies, 4 flavors of ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches with carmel drizzle!

For me, it was just okay. Nothing special, the food was bland and uninspired. It was disappointing if anything since I could have enjoyed a much better experience for the same price at other restaurants. For a lesser price, I can enjoy the same exact meal within one mile of the restaurant and at a higher quality. I doubt I will return anytime soon—if ever. Maybe for a business meal, but not for anything special.
