   We had reservations for my son's high school graduation. We were greeted with a decorated table and a note for my son! Mitchell was our waiter. His service was outstanding. He provided my daughter with FOUR Italian sodas are her request. Our cups were filled before they were even empty. We ordered appetizers and they were brought out beautifully displayed. Mitchell never left our table! He was personal and so kind. It was such a fun experience for my whole family. The food was AMAZING. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious and the coconut cream pie is to die for. Capital Grille is the heart of downtown with beautiful paintings of local celebrities. The restaurant is beautiful, but comfortable to bring families for a special dinner night. Mitchell even remembered me from our Christmas dinner! We will be back for our special occasion dinners as we are making this a new fun tradition for our family!

   Fantastic bone-in rib eye and tomahawk veal chop. We had the side of asparagus and it was perfect. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were pleasantly large but a bit overcooked. I cook shrimp at home from raw often, and appreciate how tricky it can be to cook them because of the size. I enjoyed it anyway. A very nice assortment of breads were provided and they were very fresh and interesting. The pumpernickle raisin bread was amazing! We were there for my birthday and they gave us a lovely tray of creme brulée and coffee/dark chocolate torte. Oh so yummy! It was a great meal and we'd certainly return the next time we're in Salt Lake City.

    Fabulous everything as WE have come to expect from Capital Grill and Autumn D was delightful as ever. But our table location dampened the experience because the noise level was not conducive to conversation. For people in their 70’s, hearing becomes an issue. Absolutely our only complaint. The beverages and food were as excellent as ever. Thank you William and staff for a terrific evening.

    Steven our waiter was wonderful, took care of our every need and made our evening extra special. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, au gratin potatoes savory, and the cheesecake is to die for. I would recommend this Resturant before others in the Downtown area.

    Outstanding food, wonderful and friendly staff and beautiful location. It's adjacent to the city creek so you can park there and the restaurant will validate your ticket. This is our 6th visit to this restaurant and it hasn't disappointed us. We ordered a special 2 lb lobster for a birthday celebration and it was cooked to perfection. For special occasions, they decorate your table and they have a card to remember the event. Will be back for the 7th time.

    Lovely!! From the front door till we departed could not have improved on anything!! Valet parking, cute friendly hostesses and Armano our server was the epitome of professionalism. And then the food and wine list were incomparable—just as I expected from Capitol Grill!
