    The Capital Grille is my “go to” place in Salt Lake City. I feel like I’m visiting the cheers bar when I walk in where everyone knows your name. The leadership is outstanding and the associates have a service culture that I’m sure has something to do with leadership, knowing their job of coaching,developing, and encouraging team members to execute the culture of the Capital Grill.
