Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Steak was a little over cooked and bread for sandwiches was burnt. Service was great. Always do such a nice job for a professional lunch

    I have eaten at restaurants all over the world! The Capital Grill in Salem NH has the best staff I ever encountered! Bar staff, Ryan our waiter, front desk, manager, everyone was super professional and friendly! Excellent service from start to finish!

    This was an excellent dining experience. We made reservations and they were ready for us when we arrived. The table even had birthday graffiti on as it was my wife’s birthday. Angelica was our server and she was the best. Recommended a great wine that we really enjoyed. The food came out perfectly timed. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We highly recommend the Capital Grille in Salem and ask for Angelica.

    Excellent dining experience. The service was amazing, food delicious, valet professional and dessert which we did not order was complimentary and a perfect ending to a great evening.

    10/10 experience here! The food, service, atmosphere were all incredible. We loved the tuna tartare appetizer and both enjoyed filets and a side of au gratin potatoes - to die for! Highly recommend and we will be back!
