Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The sauce on the kona steak was incredible and the filet was also made beautifully. The bar used real espresso for the espresso martini which was nice. All the food was fantastic and we will return again sometime and order different dishes to see how they are. The decor was not quite right, but if that’s all I have for negatives then the place is doing pretty good. Service was attentive as well.

Food and service was AMAZING. However, menu is way over-priced and menu is too limited (not as many choices and categories as competitors.

John was our server and he was amazing! The wines for the generous pour were excellent as was all of our meals. Looking forward to returning to this location.

We love the Capital Grill. We live in Salem, so we were so excited when this one opened and we didn't need to drive to Burlington. However, though the food and service were exceptional, the ambiance is just not the same.. maybe because it's still new..
