This is my second visit to the Capital Grille to celebrate a friends birthday and it was just as good as the first time. From the hostess to the servers you feel so welcomed and the food is absolutely delicious.

I use Open Table a lot. Whenever we go out to celebrate something, I take the opportunity to note it in the app (for this focused question). Nobody has ever actually done much with this information, but Capital Grille actually did! They sat us in a small, quiet room with other anniversary couples. There was a card and confetti on the table. They gave us a rose and treated us great. Bill was our waiter and he was very attentive and professional. The food was terrific. I'm fussy with how my steaks are cooked and my sliced filet was perfect. It was our first time at CG, and we'll definitely be back.

We love dining at the Capital Grille, and last big was no exception. Food and service were very good. We are usually sat in the main dining room, but last night we (table of 2) were sat in a small room off to the right when you wall in, and I much preferred this. It was quieter (even with larger tables surrounding us) and we could hear each other. The main dining is too loud on a busy night. I always look forward to my next meal here!

An overall top level dining experience. Went for our 36th anniversary and everyone made it a special night. From the table being made special for us to the extra service to make sure our night was special. The food is always awesome, and we can't wait to go back!

Everything was top notch. We did the generous pour and our server was awesome at explaining the wines. Best of all he knew when to come to the table and when to give us space to enjoy. Overall an amazing experience as always.

My husband and I went for our mutual birthday celebrations. The server was fantastic and the food was excellent. We have gone there in the past and we’re not very happy when they first open but it definitely is up to the capital Grille name now.

This CAPITAL GRILL DESERVES FIVE STARS!!!!! From the moment we were greeted and seated every interaction was professional and kind. Our server, URIAH E, was EXCEPTIONAL. My husband ordered the goat cheese salad and I had the French Onion Soup. BEST ONE IVE EVER HAD!!!! The bread that was delivered to our table was still warm and tasted delicious. My husband had the lobster from South Africa and he is still raving about it. I had their chicken dish and I was surprised how delicious it was considering most steak houses have a very bland chicken dish. It was served with parmesan risotto with asparagus and my husband also ordered the creamed spinach. The drinks were perfect too! We had dessert to go, cheesecake with berries and the dark chocolate espresso cake. Both were amazing. Our server recommended the coconut cream pie which will try next time.

We have been to the Capital Grille a few times. This is the best steak house that we have been to and they even make a tune Steak that is fantastic. Service is great and the overall experience is excellent. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I enjoy a good steak dinner. I’ve been to several Capital Grill’s and the Parsippany location did not disappoint, as excellent as was expected. We had a lovely celebratory dinner. We ordered the $35 Generous Pour wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the selections. The food -- i.e. lobster, sea bass, steak, several appetizers and sides-- were delicious as always. Our celebration was enhanced by the extremely pleasant and accommodating service of David B. He made excellent wine and food suggestions, and his demeanor was, while expected at The Capital Grille, friendly and professional. He checked-in at the proper intervals but was never pushy. We have never had poor service at the Parsippany location, but the consensus of our party was that David was a standout. We will request to sit in his section when we return.
