Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We each had a different entree and all was prepared accordingly. Our server Savannah was very professional and helpful . The receptionist Tara had the exact table we requested to dine at.

    We went here for our Anniversary. Everything was excellent, food and service ! We had little hearts on out table and they gave me a rose. When it was dessert time they brought us an Anniversary plate with a delicious small chocolate and cheese cake. A perfect ending to our special 55th Anniversary !

    Amazing food, service and ambiance. Filet Mignon was delicious and desserts were a great way to finish the meal.

    We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary The entire staff was friendly and welcoming Our server Matthrew was attentive and made our evening feel as special as it was.

    Great setup, more like a visit to an Epcot steakhouse exhibit. Bar was a vision, and though not crowded the 3 man crew ghosted us for whatever reason as if the place was mobbed. Steak was tasty but took forever, and then wasn’t hot. The lobster mac eh, and under-portioned The waiter was a good guy but the bus staff let him down when they took away an unfinished cocktail not once but twice - stay alert. Steakhouses are fickle performers so I am not saying i won’t give Capital a second chance someday, probably.

    The best atmosphere and service by far. Been here many times never a disappointment, love the food and the choices available. I will be back.

    Overall the meal was good, but at the price it should be amazing. Tuna tartar and crab cake were unremarkable. Filet and ny strip were nothing but average. Spinach was very salty. Potato sure gratin was probably not worth the calories.

    Service needed improvement. Too slow and needs more attention to details. The entrees should be complete with sides included. Overpriced as it stands at this time.
