Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Amazing experience and meal! We were there for a family occassion, which I'd noted in the reservation notes, and Capital Grille made special preparations for that occasion. Their staff - from our server, David, to those helping with the table, to the manager who paid a couple of visits - were consummate hosts for the entirety of our meal. The restaurant itself is modern and beautiful, and most importantly the dish options and food itself is fantastic. We will definitely be back, and cannot recommend this Capital Grille location in particular enough.

    The entire experience was wonderful. The hostess had our reservation, accommodated our high chair request as noted on our reservation and the table was decorated for our anniversary. Thomas was our server and he took time to interact with us, give recommendations and check in on us throughout the night. Drinks came quickly, the crab cocktail and shrimp special appetizers were fresh. Our steaks were tasty- even our 11 month old couldn’t stop eating! The manager visited the table twice which was nice touch. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. It was a perfect night! We will definitely be back again.

    Staff were all great and attentive... Also remembered my wife's birthday which was nice and things that had been overlooked in the past at the Paramus location. The only thing we didn't like were the brussel sprouts and bacon... Won't order that again.

    Had a very nice Evening celebrating our anniversary! The service was wonderful and my filet with crab excellent! My husband also had a 10oz filet with augratin potatoes and creamed spinach. The potatoes are a favorite and we enjoyed! I receive a long stem rose personal note of Happy Anniversary and a complimentary dessert !

    Great for special occasion and service is always on point. Alexander our waiter was attentive and personable. Great night celebrating our anniversary. The best coconut cream pie ever!

    Excellent in every aspect. Came here for wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. The attention to detail, welcoming staff, and the food were all on point. Beet and goat cheese salad, Lampchops, and Scallops were all done well.
