Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Great venue for Father’s Day with the adult children. Enjoyed the seafood tower and shared salads. Everyone enjoyed their steaks. They were cooked a bit beyond the medium rare requested but still very good. The cocktails and wines were excellent. Service was great and paced out. First time at this location but will not be our last.

Unfortunately this capital grille puts the brand to shame. I booked a table three months ago and requested a quiet table. Just before our arrival they sat a family with two small children listening to iPads with no headphones and crying. When I complained the manager told me "sorry about that". I asked that she check to see my request, she did, didn't care. On top of that, the food was way too salty and the service was completely mediocre.

Dave at the bar was outstanding in his service and overall demeanor. Steaks all perfect, food delicious, drinks amazingly crafted. Always love visiting this location.

Were a party of 5. We were given a round booth that was very comfortable for our group. The service was very attentive and considerate. All the food came as expected, however one steak was too well cooked. It was immediately taken back and returned cooked correctly. While we waited for the one of steak a Shrimp Cocktail was given to us as an apology. This restaurant is a class operation!

Everyone in our group loved the food. Our waiter was charming and we had a perfect round table so we could all talk! The portions were generous The ahi tuna was delicious!
