Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Love this place. Only ever been in Miami… Marcus was an amazing server and got us everything we needed and made ends meet for all our requests and questions. Great time for my Dad’s bday, thanks guys!!

Waiter was very informative, helpful, & personable. The onion soup was up to standards & very tasty. The ribeye steak sandwich was subpar: almost as much fat as meat; not nearly as good as the last time we ordered it there. On the plus side, the steak sandwich was removed from the bill because if its subpar quality. And an extra glass of Champagne with our anniversary dessert was a nice touch. Overall, disappointing to have the steak, which should have been the highlight, turn out to be the worst part of the meal. Especially when eating at a restaurant known for great steak. Hope they improve their quality control.

The capital Grille is an elegant location. There were very few guests in the day. We were there for lunch so noise and ambience were very good. I think the best value are the plate lunches and the food is tasty. I personally had the main lobster salad, which I do not recommend the lobster is obviously pieces that have been frozen And it is an extremely small portion for your only meal item. Our waiter at lunch was very rude with an impatient nature. The free valet service is a wonderful perk, especially for older Guest.

Great dining experience for our family on our sons’s 50th birthday. Our space was perfect for eight of us at a round table. Andie took care of us and made it a fine evening.

Justin was a great waiter. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and he was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. We had a great experience with him and the food was delicious. They left my mom with a handwritten note, table decorations, a delicious dessert, and a photo of us in a card. Thank you very much and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Overall a great experience. My strip was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The lobster bisque was very good. My wife ordered the sea scallops but they brought the sea bass. The sea bass was excellent all around. The miso butter and the fish were perfect. They comped the sea bass without us asking. My wife didn’t want them to waste a perfectly good meal.

Our server was excellent! We enjoyed everything we ordered and had a wonderful birthday! It is a pricey menu but so good; we would return for sure!!
