Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. First time dining at a Capitol Grill, celebrated our 41st Wedding Anniversary. Staff could not have made it any finer. Service, food, entire experience - FABULOUS!

Our visit was full of pleasant surprises. We had the best service and the food was fantastic. I had the seared scallops with lobster and asperagus risotto. Had to bring some of it home as I couldn't eat it all after the appetizer, clam chowder, beet salad and warm bread.

Wonderful food, great experience and fantastic atmosphere. The fillet was so tender. It melted in my mouth and the sides were a fantastic addition to an already amazing flavored piece of meat. The food was worth every penny and will definitely revisit.

Our server Victor is outstanding! We celebrated our an anniversary and could not have made a better choice. Manager stopped by to ensure our satisfaction! Steak is amazing, ambience stellar, and service exemplary! Make a reservation, main dining and bar were packed! Complimentary valet too! Go here! I highly recommend Capital Grille OKC!
