Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We love capital grille. It is our “go to” restaurant for fine dining. Slight problem with our order which was quickly and graciously corrected. Always enjoy and always feel safe

    Our waiter was so disinterested in serving us. Never told us any specials. Came over and asked “Do you know what you want?” I’ve eaten at CGs all over the place because I know what to expect. This in location was an exception and not in a good way. I wouldn’t got back to this location again. I brought my daughter here for her birthday dinner and it was a complete waste of money and time. She didn’t feel like we were eating anywhere special with the service we experienced. Just terrible. I will state one last piece here, given the current climate of staff shortages, I give a lot of leyway on service. This was not the situation here. The restaurant was almost empty and we were still treated horribly and rudely.
