Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We live capital grille. It’s our go to restaurant for great food. Steaks are always excellent and cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb chops. Service is always perfect. Expensive - but delicious. Consistently outstanding.

    During the summer I go early on a Friday for a “Treat yo Self” day. The best extra dirty martins in town!!

    The ambience were great the management and team members were superb!!!! Everything exceeded expectations. Also, we were celebrating my niece graduation. It was so cool seeing the table decorated with small graduation hats and degree decor.

    Amazing experience. Went there with ky wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they did an amazing job with a personal note about our anniversary on our table. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and melted in our mouth. Our server was great. I would definately go back.
