Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Our “ cameriero “ waiter , Massimo Migliore was the best waiter I’ve ever had. I’m a foodie and have dined out with my wife and family thousands of times. I’m 74 so I’ve had plenty oftime. Everything was perfect.

5 of us had steaks, all cooked perfectly. Their “chef recommended” styles were very good choices. French onion soup was excellent, however smaller than expected. Save room for dessert. We tried their 3 main options and loved them all

We went to Capital Grille Newtown for our anniversary and had a terrific night. Our server Michael was absolutely fantastic!!! He asked what we were celebrating at the start of the meal. At the end, he brought us dessert and a rose for my wife! The entire experience was amazing. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

Overall excellent choice for Father’s Day celebration. Food and service were incredible. We sat in the bar area and it was very loud. Another party sitting nearby was listening to something on their phone and it was very loud on top of the jazz music in the bar. I will request to sit in main room next time. Overall it was excellent. Just a little loud.

Wonderful experience! Did not disappoint! Every dish was excellent and our server, Danny, was fantastic. The staff made sure our son was able to eat safely given his food allergies, which means a great deal.

Our food was delicious as well as our drinks! Waitress was great! We ate in the bar and it was a bit noisy for us. Will try to eat in dining room next time.
