Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was excellent and our server Scott Kiskurno was fantastic! He made the night special for my mom (this was an early Mother's Day dinner). If you get Scott as a server you will have excellent and friendly service.

    We sat in the bar area which was nice, but it did get super loud and since the bar was so busy, it made the hustle and bustle even louder. I was disappointed that my scallops and lobster with asparagus risotto only had 2 teeny tiny pieces of lobster that I almost missed. For $64, I expected more lobster. The staff was super attentive and made us feel welcome.

    The service was top notch. Had an issue with our order, and they went above and beyond to make up for it. The food was great. Can’t wait to go back.

    We love our waiter Mike. We got him the first time we came in and now request him every time we come to the Newtown location. He always makes the evening memorable and fun with his exceptional service, menu suggestions and upbeat personality.

    Not new to Capital grill, but first time in Newtown. Dining room was full and food was excellent. Well prepared and on point. Shout out to the kitchen staff who clearly are doing it well.

    Our family had a wonderful time thanks to Savannah and Brenda. They did a wonderful job managing our allergies and expectations. The location is beautiful and the small details made our dining experience memorable. Well done! We can’t wait to return.
