Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Outstanding anniversary dinner at capital Grille. We had a lot of special attention because it was our anniversary and we loved it. As always, the food was perfect and delicious.

    Food was great, ambience was perfect. The star of the night was our waiter Victor. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and very personable. Highly recommend him if you’re planning to dine here.

    Our server, Peter Pimental was excellent. He was kind, patient, and with a great sense of humor. He makes me want to return to your location. I hope you value him as a staff member!

    We enjoyed an outstanding Birthday dinner for my wife with perfect Martinis, beyond perfect steaks, and service that was so wonderful that it made our evening truly memorable.

    served shrivelled bits of five oysters,instead of six ordered when I asked for the sixth, a full plump oyster arrived was charged full price for five leftover oysters and a sixth that was omitted from original plate no apology , no discount
