If you're celebrating an Anniversary, Birthday, or special occasion, I would highly recommend Capital Grille- Dedham. We were celebrating our Anniversary and they made us feel welcome, special, and very well taken care of from the shiny hearts sprinkled across the white tablecloth, to an Anniversary card, to an attentive but not rushed service by our superb waiter Marcello (sp?). The icing on the cake for us is when they came out with two complimentary glasses of Prosecco and a wonderfully tasty dessert. Now, that is customer service! The room was full for a Monday night but surprisingly not noisy-- they've evidently done a great job at baffling the acoustic ceiling panels! Not to be overlooked was the wonderful sea bass I ordered that was hearty and done to perfection. I don't recall giving a restaurant such rave reviews in recent times, but don't let an upscale restaurant in a shopping plaza deter you from going there. Capital Grille- Dedham aims to please and they surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be going back.

Location is great, restaurant is beautiful on the inside. Seated right away. Service started out great but declined. Not enough touch points after main course. Daughter asked me if our waitress forgot about us, she is 9 years old.

Our experience was terrific! We shared the calamari appetizer which was tangy and cooked to perfection. Our main course of filet mignon, creamed spinach, and au gratin potatoes was delicious and completely consistent with other visits to this establishment. The service was attentive and efficient. We will be back!

My Husband & I’s experience was wonderful ! Came into a cute table/booth w/ Birthday decorations and a cute card! Liam & Victors service was amazing! Definitely made our experience here worth while! Food was awesome - not a single complaint! Delicious! Drinks, Apps , Entree to Dessert was a 10/10. A nice surprise from Victor was a beautiful photo of hubby & I. That sealed the deal for us ! Dedham Capital Grille is a great new location - we will definitely be returning!

We were there celebrating a birthday and the staff, manager, everyone made it an exceptionally memorable day. The food was absolutely outstanding ! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Service was excellent as expected. Crabcake w lobster was delicious as were the sirloins - especially mine with shrimp and what seemed like a lobstery sauce. Be sure to note if it’s a special occasion (was our anniversary) - the staff really treats you well (wishing us happy anniv, placing a card on the table, complimentary dessert, and took our photo for a keepsake!)
